Кропивницький)(ЦНТУ, 2024-12) Кононенко, Євгеній Сергійович; Kononenko, YevheniyУ першому розділі роботи досліджено теоретичні засади системи планування на підприємстві, розкрито сутність планування, його основні принципи, завдання та методи оцінки ефективності. Розглянуто інформаційні ресурси й нормативну базу, а також світовий досвід планування розвитку підприємств. У другому розділі проведено аналіз ефективності системи планування розвитку ТОВ «Кропивницький хліб». Представлено організаційно-економічну характеристику підприємства, оцінено його фінансову стійкість, досліджено сучасний стан системи планування на підприємстві. Також виконано оцінку ефективності діючої системи планування, визначено основні проблеми та недоліки в її функціонуванні. У третьому розділі запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності системи планування розвитку ТОВ «Кропивницький хліб». Обґрунтовано напрями вдосконалення системи планування, розроблено систему оптимізаційних планових розрахунків для освоєння виробництва нової продукції. Проведено оцінку економічного ефекту від впровадження запропонованих заходів. The first section of the paper investigates the theoretical foundations of the enterprise planning system, reveals the essence of planning, its basic principles, tasks and methods of efficiency assessment. The information resources and regulatory framework, as well as the world experience in planning the development of enterprises are considered. The second section analyzes the effectiveness of the development planning system of “Kropyvnytskyi Khlib” LLC. The organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise are presented, its financial stability is assessed, and the current state of the planning system at the enterprise is studied. The efficiency of the current planning system is also assessed, the main problems and shortcomings in its functioning are identified. The third section suggests ways to improve the efficiency of the planning system for the development of “Kropyvnytskyi Khlib” LLC. The directions of improvement of the planning system are substantiated, a system of optimization planning calculations for mastering the production of new products is developed. ViktorУ роботі досліджено теоретичні та методичні основи управління коштами місцевих бюджетів. Поглиблено сутність поняття місцеві бюджети, охарактеризовано систему управління коштами бюджетів. Досліджено науково-методичні підходи до процесу планування місцевих бюджетів. Здійснено оцінку ефективності управління коштами місцевих бюджетів в Україні. Проаналізовано склад, структуру та динаміку дохідної та видаткової частин місцевих бюджетів України в цілому та Катеринівського сільського бюджету Кропивницького району Кіровоградської області, зокрема. Визначено проблеми, що виникають в процесі управління бюджетними коштами. Розроблено рекомендації щодо покращення процесу управління коштами місцевих бюджетів, які містять комплекс заходів із розширення доходної бази місцевих бюджетів та посилення результативності використання коштів місцевих бюджетів. Обґрунтовано пропозиції стосовно формування ефективного механізму управління коштами місцевих бюджетів та впровадження дієвого фінансового контролю за їх витрачанням. The theoretical and methodological basis of management of local budgets funds were investigated in this work. The essence of the following concept local budgets has been deepened, the system of budget funds management was characterized. The scientific-methodical approaches to the process of planning of local budgets were researched. The effectiveness of local budget funds management in Ukraine was evaluated. The composition, structure and dynamics of income and expenditure parts of local budgets in Ukraine as a whole and the Kateryniv village budget of the Kropyvnytskyi district of Kirovohrad region, in particular, were analyzed. The problems that arise in the process of budget funds management were determined. The recommendations on improving the process of managing the funds of local budgets were developed. They include the set of measures for expanding the revenue base of local budgets based on the use of foreign experience and increasing the efficiency of the use of local budget funds. The suggestions concerning the formation of an effective mechanism for managing the funds of local budgets and the implementation of effective financial control over their spending have been substantiated.Item Запровадження системи прогнозування і попередження банкрутства на підприємстві(ЦНТУ, 2024-01) Колісник, Олександр Сергійович; Kolisnyk OleksandrУ кваліфікаційній роботі розкрито сутність та доведено необхідність формування та запровадження на підприємстві системи прогнозування та попередження банкрутства, визначено сучасні підходи до трактування поняття «банкрутство» і розробки систем прогнозування і попередження банкрутства підприємств, дано фінансово-господарську характеристику діяльності ПОГ «АПВТ «Фірма Ласка», проведено оцінку ймовірності банкрутства досліджуваного підприємства за відповідними моделями, дано детальну характеристику основних функціональних складових системи прогнозування та попередження банкрутства ПОГ «АПВТ «Фірма Ласка». Наукова цінність одержаних результатів полягає в подальшому розвитку теоретичних положень, які визначають шляхи розробки і запровадження на підприємствах систем прогнозування і попередження банкрутства у контексті вивчення сучасних передумов забезпечення ефективного розвитку економіки України, завданням якої є завчасне виявлення ознак кризових явищ та ризиків і загроз банкрутства. The qualification thesis reveals the essence and proves the need for the formation and implementation of a system for forecasting and preventing bankruptcy at the enterprise, identifies modern approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "bankruptcy" and the development of systems for forecasting and preventing bankruptcy of enterprises, gives a financial and economic description of the activities of the POG "APVT "Firm Laska", assesses the probability of bankruptcy of the studied enterprise according to appropriate models, gives a detailed description of the main functional components of the system. The scientific value of the obtained results consists in further development of theoretical provisions that determine the ways of development and implementation of bankruptcy forecasting and prevention systems at enterprises in the context of studying the current prerequisites for ensuring the effective development of the Ukrainian economy, the task of which is to identify early signs of crisis phenomena, risks and threats of bankruptcy.Item Планування режимів електроспоживання промислових підприємств в умовах діючого ринку електричної енергії(ЦНТУ, 2024-01-17) Подоляк, Діана Сергіївна; Podoliak, DianaМетою кваліфікаційної роботи є розроблення системи ефективного планування режимів електроспоживання та удосконалення точності прогнозування електроспоживання промислових об’єктів за рахунок створення моделі прогнозування на базі штучної нейронної мережі з врахуванням метеорологічних чинників та динаміки процесу електроспоживання в умовах роздрібного ринку електричної енергії. У роботі проаналізовано фактичний стан та тенденції розвитку методів планування режимів електроспоживання, досліджено принципи побудови математичної моделі планування режимів електроспоживання; реалізувано методику планування та прогнозування режимів електроспоживання промислових об’єктів; виконано планування галузевого електроспоживання енергосистеми. Результати досліджень можуть бути використані для планування режимів електроспоживання промислових підприємств в умовах діючого ринку електричної енергії. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop a system for effective planning of electricity consumption modes and to improve the accuracy of forecasting electricity consumption of industrial facilities due to the creation of a forecasting model based on an artificial neural network, taking into account meteorological factors and the dynamics of the electricity consumption process in the conditions of the retail electricity market. The paper analyzes the actual state and development trends of methods of planning electricity consumption modes, investigates the principles of building a mathematical model of planning electricity consumption modes; the methodology of planning and forecasting of power consumption modes of industrial facilities was implemented; planning of sectoral electricity consumption of the power system has been carried out. The research results can be used to plan the electricity consumption regimes of industrial enterprises in the conditions of the current electricity market.Item Дослідження впливу сучасних ГЕС на умови функціонування енергоринку України(ЦНТУ, 2022-12-16) Смолянцев, Андрій Русланович; Smoliantsev, AndriiМетою кваліфікаційної роботи є дослідження режимів роботи сучасних гідроелектростанцій (ГЕС) та їх роль в енергоринку України. Недостатньо узгоджена поведінка електростанцій в нових умовах ринку призвела до збільшення числа холостих скидів води, передчасного спрацювання водосховища і неоптимального навантаження окремих гідроелектростанцій. Зниження ефективності від неоптимального використання розташованих гідроенергоресурсів і потужностей ГЕС в ОЕС України оцінюється втратою їх річного виробітку. Тому в ринкових умовах залишається актуальним питання довготривалого планування оптимальних режимів енергосистем. Для ефективного управління роботою енергосистем з ГЕС необхідно враховувати випадковий характер приточності води в водосховища. Для забезпечення надійного і безперебійного енергопостачання в таких енергосистемах необхідно планування і ведення довгострокових оптимальних режимів з можливістю їх оперативного корегування. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the operating modes of modern hydroelectric power plants (HPP) and their role in the energy market of Ukraine. Insufficiently coordinated behavior of power plants in the new market conditions led to an increase in the number of empty water discharges, premature operation of the reservoir and suboptimal loading of individual hydroelectric power plants. The decrease in efficiency due to the suboptimal use of the located hydropower resources and hydropower capacities in the UES of Ukraine is estimated by the loss of their annual output. Therefore, in market conditions, the issue of long-term planning of optimal energy system modes remains relevant. In order to effectively manage the operation of energy systems from hydroelectric power plants, it is necessary to take into account the random nature of water inflow into reservoirs. To ensure a reliable and uninterrupted power supply in such power systems, it is necessary to plan and maintain long-term optimal regimes with the possibility of their operational adjustment.
