Завдання: - визначити теоретичні засади сутності феномену стійкості підприємницької діяльності та умов її забезпечення в сучасній економіці; - обґрунтувати контури управління стійкістю підприємницької діяльності на основі ідентифікації її складових та визначальних принципів її забезпечення; - здійснити оцінку забезпеченості стійкості суб’єкта підприємницької діяльності в сучасній економіці на матеріалах ТОВ «КАПРО ОЙЛ»; - визначити напрямки забезпечення стійкості підприємницької діяльності в сучасній економіці; - обґрунтувати профіль комплексної мотивації персоналу ТОВ «КАПРО ОЙЛ» в рамках посилення його стійкості; - визначити концептуальні підходи до удосконалення бізнес-рішень зміцнення стійкості підприємницької діяльності ТОВ «КАПРО ОЙЛ» на базі сучасних технологій. The purpose of the qualification work is to substantiate the theoretical, methodological and applied principles of management of ensuring the sustainability of business entities in the new economy. Tasks: - to define the theoretical foundations of the essence of the phenomenon of business sustainability and the conditions for its provision in the modern economy; - to substantiate the contours of business sustainability management based on the identification of its components and the defining principles of its provision; - to assess the sustainability of a business entity in the modern economy on the basis of materials of LLC «CAPRO OIL»; - to determine the directions of ensuring the sustainability of entrepreneurial activity in the modern economy; - to substantiate the profile of complex motivation of the personnel of LLC «CAPRO OIL» in the framework of strengthening its sustainability; - to determine the conceptual approaches to improving business solutions to strengthen the sustainability of business activities of «KAPRO OIL» LLC on the basis of modern technologies.Item Удосконалення управління стратегічною стійкістю підприємств сфери послуг(ЦНТУ, 2024-01-23) Давиденко, Артем Русланович; Davydenko, ArtemМета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає в тому, щоб теоретичні положення та розробити практичні поради щодо покращення стратегічного управління стійкістю підприємства сфери послуг на прикладі ТОВ «ШТОРМ-НЕТ». Досягнення цілей передбачає вирішення таких завдань: вивчити теоретичні основи дослідження стратегічної стійкості підприємств сфери послуг шляхом вивчення сутності поняття, видів та складових стратегічної стійкості, підходів до її оцінки; здійснити оцінку стратегічної стійкості та особливостей її забезпечення; визначити та обґрунтувати пропозиції щодо напрямів удосконалення управління стратегічною стійкістю підприємств сфери послуг. Об'єктом дослідження є господарська діяльність ТОВ «ШТОРМ-НЕТ», предметом – процес управління стратегічною стійкістю підприємства сфери послуг. The purpose of the qualification work is to develop theoretical provisions and practical advice on improving the strategic management of the sustainability of a service sector enterprise on the example of LLC «SHTORM-NET». Achieving the goals involves solving the following tasks: to study the theoretical foundations of the study of strategic sustainability of enterprises in the service sector by studying the essence of the concept, types and components of strategic sustainability, approaches to its assessment; carry out an assessment of strategic sustainability and the features of its provision; to define and substantiate proposals regarding directions for improving the management of strategic sustainability of enterprises in the service sector. The object of the study is the economic activity of LLC «SHTORM-NET», the subject is the process of managing the strategic stability of the service sector enterprise.Item Дослідження та програмна реалізація системи визначення рівня стійкості сервісів забезпечення конфіденційності на основі методів АІ(ЦНТУ, 2022-12-26) Тарковський, Данило Іванович; Tarkovskyi, DaniloВ даній випускній кваліфікаційній роботі за другим (магістерським) рівнем вищої освіти розроблено програмне забезпечення, яке призначено для системи визначення рівня стійкості сервісів забезпечення конфіденційності на основі методів АІ. Метою розробки є дослідження та програмна реалізація системи визначення рівня стійкості сервісів забезпечення конфіденційності на основі методів АІ. Об’єктом дослідження є процес визначення рівня стійкості сервісів забезпечення конфіденційності на основі методів АІ. Предметом дослідження є методи визначення рівня стійкості сервісів забезпечення конфіденційності на основі методів АІ. Методи дослідження базуються на методах захисту інформації та штучного інтелекту (АІ), методах математичної статистики, методах розробки програмного забезпечення. Результат роботи – програмна реалізація системи визначення рівня стійкості сервісів забезпечення конфіденційності на основі методів АІ. В процесі роботи над програмною моделлю виконано аналіз існуючих апаратних та програмних засобів. В повній мірі описані всі компоненти розробленого програмного забезпечення. Розроблено зручний інтерфейс користувача. Наведені інструкції по роботі з програмними засобами. Програма може використовуватися на ПЕОМ архітектури IBM PC з ОС Windows 10/11. Програму розроблено в середовищі Delphi 10.4.1. In this graduation thesis for the second (master's) level of higher education, software was developed, which is intended for the system of determining the level of stability of privacy services based on AI methods. The purpose of the development is research and software implementation of a system for determining the level of stability of privacy services based on AI methods. The object of the study is the process of determining the level of stability of privacy services based on AI methods. The subject of the study is methods of determining the level of stability of privacy services based on AI methods. Research methods are based on methods of information protection and artificial intelligence (AI), methods of mathematical statistics, methods of software development. The result of the work is the software implementation of the system for determining the level of stability of privacy services based on AI methods. In the process of working on the software model, an analysis of existing hardware and software was performed. All components of the developed software are fully described. A convenient user interface has been developed. Instructions for working with software tools are provided. The program can be used on PCs of IBM PC architecture with Windows 10/11 OS. The program was developed in the Delphi 10.4.1 environment.
