The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the level of adaptation of the enterprise and to formulate the priority directions for its improvement in the conditions of uncertainty of economic activity. The author solved the following tasks: to consider the conceptual content and relationship of the concepts "adaptation" and "uncertainty"; to determine the essence of the system and mechanism of adaptation of enterprises to conditions of uncertainty in strategic and tactical dimensions; to cite methodological aspects of assessing the level of adaptive potential of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty; to summarize the general characteristics of the company's functioning trends; to determine the main indicators of the financial and economic state of the company in dynamics; to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the level of the company's adaptive potential; to justify the strategic priorities of improving the adaptive mechanism of the enterprise in conditions of uncertainty; to develop the company's digital adaptation tools. The object of the study is the process of managing the adaptation of the company's activities. Третій розділ висвітлює пропозиції щодо розробки антикризової стратегії діяльності ТОВ «Зоря» в умовах невизначеності. За результатами дослідження сформульовані пропозиції щодо конструювання агрологістичної антикризової стратегії підприємства; стратегії формування антикризового потенціалу підприємства; стратегічних орієнтирів розвитку аграрної сфери України в контексті антикризової політики. Одержані результати можуть бути використані в практичній діяльності сільськогосподарських підприємств. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the theoretical foundations of the anti-crisis strategy of the enterprise; to analyse the economic practice and the state of effectiveness of the strategic management of the agricultural enterprise in the conditions of the permanent crisis of the company "Zorya"; to provide proposals for the development of an anti-crisis strategy for the activities of LLC "Zorya" in conditions of uncertainty. The purpose of the work led to the following tasks: -to clarify the essence of anti-crisis activities of agricultural enterprises; -to outline the conceptual foundations of the anti-crisis strategy of enterprise management; -to study the anti-crisis economic policy of the state and the sustainability of agricultural enterprises; -to carry out analytical work and evaluate the consequences of anti-crisis strategic management of the company "Zorya"; -to propose directions for improving approaches to anti-crisis strategising in the company "Zorya"; -to formulate a strategy of anti-crisis potential of the enterprise "Zorya". The object of the study is the process of developing an anti-crisis strategy for the enterprise under conditions of uncertainty. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and applied issues of the anticrisis strategy of enterprise activity. The first section is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the anti-crisis strategy of enterprise. In the second section the article carries out diagnostics of the financial and economic status and assessment of results of anti-crisis strategic management of an enterprise under conditions of uncertainty. The third section highlights proposals for the development of an anti-crisis strategy for the activities of "Zorya" LLC under conditions of uncertainty. Based on the results of the study, the article formulates proposals for the construction of an agro-logistic anti-crisis strategy of the enterprise; strategy for the formation of the enterprise's anti-crisis potential; strategic guidelines for the development of the agrarian sector of Ukraine in the context of anti-crisis policy. The obtained results can be used in the practical activities of agricultural enterprises.Item Забезпечення оптимізації витрат торговельного підприємства в умовах воєнного стану (на прикладі ТОВ «Універсал-плюс», м. Проаналізовано роль та сутність витрат торговельного підприємства, систематизовано їх види. Узагальнено наукову думку щодо необхідності управління витратами в діяльності торговельного підприємства. Розкрито сучасні методичні підходи до управління витратами у торговельному бізнесі. У другому розділі здійснено аналіз стану управління витратами торговельного підприємства на прикладі ТОВ «УНІВЕРСАЛ-ПЛЮС». Надано загальну характеристику діяльності торговельного підприємства. Здійснено системний аналіз витрат торговельного підприємства та оцінку ефективності існуючої на підприємстві системи управління витратами. У третьому розділі визначено шляхи оптимізації витрат торговельного підприємства в умовах воєнного стану. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення системи управління витратами підприємства. Рекомендовано запровадження методів моделювання у практику управління витратами в умовах невизначеності та ризику. Розроблено пропозиції щодо оптимізації управління витратами торговельного підприємства. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations of cost management of a trading enterprise. The role and essence of the costs of a trading enterprise are analyzed, their types are systematized. The scientific opinion on the necessity of cost management in the trade enterprise activity has been summarized. Modern methodical approaches to cost management in trade business have been disclosed. The second section is devoted to the analysis of the cost management state of a trading enterprise on the example of UNIVERSAL-PLUS LLC. The general description of the trading company's activity has been given. The system analysis of the costs of the trading enterprise has been performed. The evaluation of the effectiveness of the cost management system existing at the enterprise has been carried out. The third section describes the ways to optimize the costs of a trade enterprise in the conditions of martial law. The directions for improving the company's cost management system have been proposed. It is recommended to implement the modeling methods in the cost management practice in conditions of uncertainty and risk. The suggestions for optimization of the trading enterprise cost management have been developed.
