Abstract
Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у визначенні рівня адаптації підприємства та формулюванні пріоритетних напрямів її підвищення в умовах невизначеності здійснення господарської діяльності. Автором вирішено наступні завдання: розглянути концептуальний зміст та взаємозв’язок понять «адаптація» та «невизначеність»; визначити сутність системи та механізму адаптації підприємств до умов невизначеності у стратегічному і тактичному вимірах; навести методичні аспекти оцінки рівня адаптивного потенціалу підприємств в умовах невизначеності; узагальнити загальну характеристику тенденцій функціонування компанії; визначити основні індикатори фінансово-економічного стану компанії у динаміці; провести комплексну оцінку рівня адаптивного потенціалу компанії; обґрунтувати стратегічні пріоритети поліпшення адаптивного механізму підприємства в умовах невизначеності; розробити шляхи розвитку цифрових інструментів адаптації компанії. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління адаптацією діяльності компанії. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та прикладні аспекти підвищення адаптації компанії в умовах невизначеності. The purpose of the qualification work is to determine the level of adaptation of the enterprise and to formulate the priority directions for its improvement in the conditions of uncertainty of economic activity. The author solved the following tasks: to consider the conceptual content and relationship of the concepts "adaptation" and "uncertainty"; to determine the essence of the system and mechanism of adaptation of enterprises to conditions of uncertainty in strategic and tactical dimensions; to cite methodological aspects of assessing the level of adaptive potential of enterprises in conditions of uncertainty; to summarize the general characteristics of the company's functioning trends; to determine the main indicators of the financial and economic state of the company in dynamics; to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the level of the company's adaptive potential; to justify the strategic priorities of improving the adaptive mechanism of the enterprise in conditions of uncertainty; to develop the company's digital adaptation tools. The object of the study is the process of managing the adaptation of the company's activities. The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and applied aspects of improving the company's adaptation in conditions of uncertainty.
