Встановлено, що окремі ділянки вулично-дорожньої мережі формують перехресні транспортні потоки, які створюють конфліктні точки злиття, та перетинання. Невелика відстань між елементами розв’язокзалишає водіям недостатньо часу на здійснення маневру, що підвищує ризики утворення дорожньо-транспортних пригод. Розроблено рекомендації щодо регулювання дорожнього руху на вулично-дорожній мережі міст із високою інтенсивністю руху та швидкістю транспортного потоку. Запропоноване вирішення проблеми примикаючих транспортних потоків, що змінюють смуги руху на короткій ділянці вулично-дорожньої мережі. Potentially dangerous sections of the street and road network of the city of Calgary (Canada) were analyzed and identified based on our own observations. It was established that individual sections of the streetroad network form cross traffic flows that create conflict points of confluence and crossing. The small distance between the junction elements leaves drivers with insufficient time to maneuver, which increases the risk of traffic accidents. В.The article substantiates the aim of responsible transport logistics, which consists of the delivery of goods on time with minimal investment of labour and material resources. The level of responsibility is considered at each step of shipment of goods from the producer to the consumer. 4 stages of effective transport logistics are offered by the authors. It has been established that at the first stage it is crucial to formulate the tasks clearly for its solution by logistics in business; the second stage is analysing of the Best Practices in the researched field - the study of competitors’ logistics, the study of available information; the third stage is the development of a specific action plan of the transport enterprise; the fourth is the introduction of improvements after the first results of the work. У роботі визначено мету відповідальної логістики, яка полягає в доставці вантажів у встановлені терміни з мінімальними витратами праці та матеріальних ресурсів з урахуванням ступеня відповідальності на кожному етапі доставки вантажу від виробника до споживача.Item Глобальна криза від пандемії Сovid-19 та її вплив на мобільність населення(ЦНТУ, 2021) Аулін, В. Д.; Aulin, V.; Krystopchuk, M.; Tson, O.; Stashkiv, M.; Babii, M.; Bodoriak, Yu.Досліджено вплив пандемії спричиненої вірусом SARS-CoV-2 на транспорту галузь України та світу в цілому. Встановлено, що на початку пандемії Covid-19 в країна Європейського Союзу було зафіксовано відміну близько 90% від усіх авіарейсів, також спостерігалося зниження об’єму пасажирських перевезень індивідуальним транспортом на 60-90% та транспортом загального користування – на 50%. Проаналізовано статистичні дані Адміністрації Державної прикордонної служби України за 2019-2020 р. щодо фактів перетинання державного кордону України з Республікою Польща та встановлено значне зниження пасажиропотоку у 2020 році. Запропоновано, для підвищення безпеки та зниження ризику інфікування пасажирів Covid-19 при використані пасажирського транспорту, що прямує у міжнародному сполучені, використовувати додаткове обладнання, яке виконане у формі захисних бар’єрів для забезпечення фізичного дистанціювання між пасажирами. An important and relevant issue today is not only the return to the indicators and volumes of passenger traffic in 2018-2019, but also forecasting the activities of the world transport sector after the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic, as well as finding ways to reduce the risk of passenger infection in public transport. The impact of the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus on the transport industry of Ukraine and the world as a whole has been studied. It was found that at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, about 90% of all flights to the European Union were recorded in the European Union, as well as a decrease in passenger traffic by individual and 60-90% and public transport - by 50%. The statistical data of the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for 2019-2020 on the facts of crossing the state border of Ukraine with the Republic of Poland are analyzed and a significant decrease in passenger traffic in 2020 is established. It is proposed to use additional equipment, which is made in the form of protective barriers to ensure physical distance between passengers, to increase safety and reduce the risk of infection of Covid-19 passengers when using internationally transported passenger vehicles.
