Abstract
Мета кваліфікаційної роботи полягає у дослідженні особливостей функціонування системи мотивації праці на підприємстві та обґрунтуванні пропозицій щодо її удосконалення. Автором вирішено наступні завдання: розглянути сутність та види мотивації праці у сучасних умовах; дослідити еволюцію теорій мотивації та новітні підходи щодо її забезпечення; ідентифікувати складові системи мотивації праці на підприємстві; провести оцінку загальних тенденцій господарської діяльності; здійснити аналіз динаміки коефіцієнтів фінансово-економічного стану підприємства; провести оцінювання системи мотивації праці на підприємстві; визначити концептуальні напрями поліпшення системи мотивації праці підприємства; розробити заходи додаткової мотивації щодо підвищення професійного рівня працівників. Об’єктом дослідження є процес мотивації праці на підприємстві.
Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні та практичні аспекти вдосконалення системи мотивації праці підприємства у сучасних умовах. The purpose of the qualification work is to study the peculiarities of the functioning of the labor motivation system at the enterprise and to substantiate proposals for its improvement. The author solved the following tasks: to consider the essence and types of work motivation in modern conditions; to investigate the evolution of theories of motivation and the latest approaches to its provision; to identify the components of the work motivation system at the enterprise; to carry out an assessment of the general trends of economic activity; to carry out an analysis of the dynamics of the coefficients of the financial and economic state of the enterprise; to conduct an evaluation of the labor motivation system at the enterprise; to determine conceptual directions for improving the enterprise's work motivation system; to develop measures for additional motivation to improve the professional level of employees. The object of the study is the process of motivating work at the enterprise. The subject of the study is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of improving the system of labor motivation of the enterprise in modern conditions.
