Abstract
Мета дослідження полягає в розширенні наукового розуміння кадрових викликів у сфері житлово-комунального господарства, розробці рекомендацій щодо покращення управлінської практики, а також внесенні вагомого внеску у практичні аспекти управління персоналом для забезпечення сталого та ефективного розвитку цієї галузі. Завданнями роботи є розкрити сутність кадрової безпеки у сучасних умовах; виявити особливості забезпечення кадровою безпекою суб’єктів господарювання; дослідити методичні засади оцінювання кордової безпеки; провести аналітичну оцінку тенденцій діяльності та рівня кадрової безпеки установи; виявити напрями підвищення рівня кадрової безпеки установи у сучасних умовах. Об’єктом дослідження є аспекти та питання, пов'язані з кадровою безпекою у сфері управління житлово-комунальним господарством. Предметом дослідження теми «Кадрова безпека управління житлово-комунальним господарством» є конкретні аспекти та елементи, пов'язані з забезпеченням безпеки персоналу та ефективним управлінням кадрами в контексті житлово-комунального сектору. The purpose of the study is to expand the scientific understanding of human resource challenges in the housing and communal services sector, develop recommendations for improving management practices, and make a significant contribution to the practical aspects of human resource management to ensure sustainable and efficient development of this sector. The objectives of the work are to reveal the essence of personnel security in modern conditions; to identify the peculiarities of ensuring personnel security of business entities; to study the methodological principles of assessing personnel security; to conduct an analytical assessment of the trends in the activities and the level of personnel security of an institution; to identify the areas for improving the level of personnel security of an institution in modern conditions. The object of research is aspects and issues related to personnel security in the field of housing and communal services management. The subject of the study of the topic «Personnel Security in Housing and Communal Services Management» is the specific aspects and elements related to ensuring personnel security and effective personnel management in the context of the housing and communal sector.
