Abstract
У роботі розглянуто теоретичні та методичні підходи до організації діяльності фондового ринку в Україні. Приділено увагу до методів державного регулювання фондового ринку в Україні. Розглянуто організаційна система Національного депозитарію та фінансовий моніторинг НКЦПФР. Досліджено стан розвитку фондового ринку в Україні. Надана аналітична оцінка діяльності фондового ринку НКЦПФР та «Української біржі». Здійснено аналіз фінансового стану та діяльність на фондовому ринку на прикладі АТ КБ «ПриватБанк». Запропоновано шляхи покращення системи управління на фондовому ринку України: окреслено проблеми розвитку фондового ринку в Україні; обґрунтовано значення системи управління на фондовому ринку; розглянуто її переваги та недоліки; удосконалено систему управління на фондовому ринку яка дозволить АТ КБ «ПриватБанку» ефективно управляти своїми активами, забезпечуючи стабільність і прибутковість для своїх клієнтів. The paper examines theoretical and methodological approaches to organizing the activities of the stock market in Ukraine. Attention is paid to the methods of state regulation of the stock market in Ukraine. The organizational system of the National Depository and financial monitoring of the National Securities and Exchange Commission are considered.
The state of development of the stock market in Ukraine is studied. An analytical assessment of the activities of the stock market of the National Securities and Exchange Commission and the Ukrainian Stock Exchange is provided. An analysis of the financial state and activities on the stock market is carried out using the example of JSC CB “PrivatBank”. Ways are proposed to improve the management system on the stock market of Ukraine: the problems of stock market development in Ukraine are outlined; the importance of the management system on the stock market is substantiated; its advantages and disadvantages are considered; the management system on the stock market is improved, which will allow JSC CB "PrivatBank" to effectively manage its assets, ensuring stability and profitability for its clients.
