Abstract
В статті розглянуто вплив параметрів ярусного розпушувача ґрунту на форму стінок борозни. Приведено формули для розрахунку розмірів зони кришення. Отримані результати розрахунків виходу зони кришення за край ножа.The aim of the study is to reduce the impact on re-working of the soil adjacent working bodies of the ripper, which is achieved by minimizing the overlapping furrows.
The paper considers the influence of soil parameters tiered ripper to form the walls of the furrows, in particular, the dependence of the profile of the furrow from width knifes. Given formulas to calculate the sizes of the zone crushing before knife working body. The results of calculations exit zone crushing away from the knife depending on the width, confirmed by experimental data. The calculations for knives with cutting width in the range b = 100 ... 160 mm show that the highest yield zone crushing the edge of a knife Δb = 58 mm obtained by the working width of the knife b = 120 mm for the given soil conditions.
