Abstract
У статті визначено особливості сучасного управління фінансами промислового підприємства, їх роль та функції. Запропоновано методичні підходи до удосконалення управління грошовими потоками на підприємстві. Проведено розрахунки економічної ефективності запропонованих заходів. Особливу увагу приділено фінансовому регулюванню. Розглянуті вимоги і норми державного фінансового регулювання, які є обов'язковими для всіх господарюючих суб'єктів і необхідні для забезпечення максимальної віддачі, ефективності фінансового управління, більш повного і комплексноговикористання наявних у розпорядженні підприємств фінансових інструментів тощо. The article defines the features of a modern industrial enterprise financial management , their role and functions.
