dc.description.abstractУ роботі досліджено теоретичні засади формування та реалізації кредитної політики банку. Здійснено аналіз категоріального апарату. Поглиблено сутність поняття «кредитна політика банку». Досліджено фактори, що здійснюють вплив на процес розробки та реалізації кредитної політики банку. Проаналізоване організаційне і інформаційне забезпечення процесу розробки та реалізації кредитної політики. Здійснено аналіз фінансової діяльності АТ «Ощадбанк». Досліджені кредитний портфель банку, методику оцінки та прогнозування портфельного кредитного ризику в банку, особливості формування та інструменти реалізації кредитної політики банку. Розроблено пропозиції стосовно вдосконалення науково-методичних засад формування кредитної політики банку. Розроблено адаптивну концепцію формування кредитної політики, що дозволяє оперативно реагувати на будь-які зміни кон’юнктури ринків. Розроблено методику визначення кредитного рейтингу позичальника, що ґрунтується на комплексі показників, які дозволяють в повній мірі провести аналіз позичальника та точно визначити його рейтинг. The paper examines the theoretical foundations of the formation and implementation of the bank's credit policy. An analysis of the categorical apparatus was carried out. The essence of the concept of "credit policy of the bank" was deepened. Factors influencing the process of development and implementation of the bank's credit policy were studied. The organizational and information support of the process of development and implementation of the credit policy was analyzed. An analysis of the financial activity of JSC «Oschadbank» was carried out. The bank's credit portfolio, the method of assessing and forecasting portfolio credit risk in the bank, the peculiarities of formation and tools for implementing the bank's credit policy were studied. Proposals have been developed regarding the improvement of the scientific and methodological foundations of the formation of the bank's credit policy. An adaptive concept of the formation of credit policy has been developed, which allows to quickly respond to any changes in the market situation. A methodology for determining the borrower's credit rating has been developed, which is based on a set of indicators that allow a full analysis of the borrower and to accurately determine his rating.
