| dc.description.abstract | Хонінгувальна головка виконана у вигляді корпусу та розміщеного в ньому конуса розтиску, встановленого з можливістю взаємодії з розміщеними в корпусі алмазно-абразивними брусками з переривчастою робочою поверхнею, утвореною пазами, розташованими під кутом до твірної головки, яка містить засоби подачі мастильно-охолоджувальної рідини (МОР), виконані у вигляді сполучених із пазами брусків осьових каналів і зв'язаних із ними виконаних у корпусі та в кожному з брусків співвісно розташованих радіальних отворів, з'єднаних із джерелом мастильно-охолоджувальної рідини. Пази канавок на поверхні абразивного бруска мають кути нахилу від осі хона до суміжних вершин абразивного бруска від 14° до 26°. Honing head comprises a housing and an expansion cone disposed therein, configured to interact with diamond-abrasive stones housed within the body. These stones feature an interrupted working surface formed by grooves oriented at an angle relative to the generatrix of the honing head. The head is equipped with a system for supplying a coolant-lubricant fluid (CLF), consisting of axial channels connected to the grooves in the stones, as well as coaxially aligned radial holes – provided within both the housing and each of the stones – that link to a source of the coolant-lubricant fluid. The grooves on the surface of the abrasive stone are inclined at an angle ranging from 14° to 26° relative to the axis of the honing head, measured toward the adjacent vertices of the abrasive stone. | |
