| dc.description.abstract | Магістерська робота складається зі вступу, трьох розділів, висновків, списку використаних джерел. У вступі обґрунтовано актуальність теми дослідження, розкрито мету його проведення, завдання, вирішення яких сприяє її досягненню, розкрито предмет і об’єкт дослідження, зазначено методи дослідження, визначено елементи наукової новизни одержаних результатів та їх практичне значення, наведено структуру магістерської роботи. Перший розділ присвячений дослідженню теоретико - методичних засад організації і методики обліку та внутрішнього контролю розрахунків з оплати праці. У другому розділі проаналізовано організаційно - економічні особливості діяльності та досліджено організаційно - економічні особливості діяльності фермерського господарства «Козак»; проаналізовано стан обліку та внутрішнього контролю розрахунків по заробітній платі з персоналом на матеріалах господаства, що досліджується. Третій розділ присвячений розробці напрямів оптимізації обліку та внутрішнього контролю розрахунків по заробітній платі з персоналом сільськогосподарських підприємств. У висновку підведено підсумки дослідження та узагальнено отримані результати. The master's thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusions, and a list of used sources. In the introduction, the relevance of the research topic is substantiated, the purpose of its implementation, tasks, the solution of which contributes to its achievement, the subject and object of the research are disclosed, the research methods are indicated, the elements of scientific novelty of the obtained results and their practical significance are determined, and the structure of the master's thesis is given. The first chapter is dedicated to the study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization and the methodology of accounting and internal control of payroll calculations. In the second chapter, the organizational and economic features of the activity were analyzed and the organizational and economic features of the Kozak farm were investigated; the state of accounting and internal control of payroll calculations with personnel was analyzed based on the materials of the farm under investigation. The third section is devoted to the development of directions for optimization of accounting and internal control of payroll calculations with the personnel of agricultural enterprises. The conclusion summarizes the results of the study and summarizes the obtained results. | uk_UA |
