Анотація
Обґрунтовано актуальність впровадження сучасних програмних рішень у ресторанному бізнесі в умовах цифровізації та зростання вимог споживачів. Проведено порівняльний аналіз систем Poster, Syrve та Choice, визначено їхні функціональні можливості, переваги та обмеження залежно від масштабу і формату закладу. Виявлено вплив зазначених рішень на операційну ефективність, якість обслуговування та фінансові показники. Запропоновано підхід до формування оптимальної цифрової стратегії шляхом інтеграції різних типів систем для поєднання внутрішньої ефективності з високим рівнем клієнтського сервісу. The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare modern software solutions for restaurant business management, focusing on Poster, Syrve, and Choice systems, in order to determine their functional capabilities, operational impact, and suitability for enterprises of various scales. Methods. The research employs a combination of comparative analysis, case studies, systematization of scientific literature, and expert evaluation. These methods enabled the identification of key functional parameters, assessment of integration potential, and evaluation of their influence on operational efficiency, service quality, and financial outcomes. Results. The findings reveal that Poster offers a cloud-based, quickly deployable POS solution integrating order management, inventory, finance, staff, and marketing, with a user-friendly mobile interface. Syrve provides an all-in-one platform with Kitchen Display Systems, automated inventory control, demand forecasting, and centralized management suitable for large enterprises. Choice emphasizes customer experience through QR menus, online ordering, and personalized marketing, facilitating loyalty growth and operational streamlining. The study concludes that a balanced digital strategy should combine operational flexibility, systemic process control, and client-centered services. Scientific novelty. This research provides a systematic comparative evaluation of three distinct restaurant automation solutions, highlighting their specific functional advantages and identifying the optimal integration model for enhancing both operational performance and customer satisfaction. Practical significance. The results can serve as a methodological basis for managers and entrepreneurs in selecting appropriate software solutions, taking into account enterprise size, operational needs, and strategic goals. Recommendations developed in the study contribute to improving decision-making processes, optimizing costs, and increasing competitiveness in the restaurant industry.
