| dc.description.abstract | У статті аналізується досвід створення та розвитку індустріальних (промислових) парків за кордоном та в Україні. Показано, що в останні десятиліття фіксується значне збільшення кількості індустріальних парків в світі, вони відіграють значну роль у модернізаційних процесах у розвинених країнах, а також країнах, що розвиваються, і постсоціалістичних країнах. В Україні їх створення тільки розпочалося, воно здійснюється в досить несприятливих умовах. The article is analyzed the international experience of creation of industrial parks and its role in the development and modernization of the industry. Grounded conclusion that in Ukraine there is an urgent need to study and implementation of the experience, because the country there have been extremely negative processes of de-industrialization. It actually loses the status of an industrial-agrarian country and becomes agrarian country. | uk_UA |
