dc.description.abstractУ вступі роботи наведено актуальність, мету, завдання, предмет, об’єкт, методи дослідження та структуру випускної кваліфікаційної роботи, а також представлено наукове і практичне значення проведеного дослідження та апробацію його результатів. У першому розділі наведено правовий статус, особливості діяльності ОСББ та їх вплив на обліково-інформаційне забезпечення; визначення сутності обліково-інформаційного забезпечення процесів управління ОСББ та теоретичні засади організації і методики обліку діяльності об’єднань співвласників багатоквартирних будинків. Другий розділ містить опис організаційно-економічної характеристики ОСББ «ІВУШКА-2»; порядок формування тарифу на послуги з утримання будинку та прибудинкової території; основні положення облікової політики і порядку ведення обліку господарської діяльності на ОСББ «ІВУШКА-2». У третьому розділі наведено напрямки покращення обліку діяльності ОСББ із метою підвищення ефективності управління ними та показники ефективності діяльності ОСББ і рекомендації з їх використання. Висновки до роботи представляють узагальнення отриманих результатів дослідження. In the introduction of the paper, the relevance, purpose, task, subject, object, research methods and structure of the graduation thesis are given, as well as the scientific and practical significance of the conducted research and the approval of its results are presented. In the first section, the legal status, peculiarities of condominium activities and their impact on accounting and information support are given; determination of the essence of accounting and information provision of condominium management processes and theoretical principles of organization and accounting methods of activities of associations of co-owners of multi-apartment buildings. The second section contains a description of the organizational and economic characteristics of the "IVUSHKA-2" condominium; the procedure for forming a tariff for services for the maintenance of the house and the surrounding area; the main provisions of the accounting policy and the procedure for keeping records of economic activity at the "IVUSHKA-2" condominium. In the third section, directions for improving the accounting of condominium activities in order to improve the efficiency of their management and indicators of the effectiveness of condominium activities and recommendations for their use are given. The conclusions to the work represent a generalization of the obtained research results.uk_UA
