| dc.description.abstract | У статті розкрито сутність мотивації інноваційного потенціалу молоді. Розглянуто і узагальнено методи мотивації праці творчого змісту. Запропоновано схему впливу мотивації на процес створення інновацій. Обґрунтовано необхідність розробки комплексу ефективних методів мотивації інноваційного потенціалу молоді в умовах руху до економіки знань. Наведено практичні рекомендації щодо заохочення прояву творчості і креативності молодих фахівців при здійсненні трудової діяльності на підприємстві. Long-term health of the Ukrainian economy and its complete recovery depends mainly on the creation of a significant number of innovations in the fields of science, technology and engineering. Only the work of innovators and entrepreneurs will resist intelligent outsourcing and automation in terms of global spread of knowledge.
