| dc.description.abstract | На основі аналізу визначено існуючі систем та способів утримання тварин та розроблена технологічна схема потоково-цехового виробництва молока і відповідно обґрунтована технологія їх утримання. Обґрунтовано комплексну механізацію виробництва молока та розроблено її технологічну карту, а також проведений розрахунок необхідного обладнання для виробництва молока на фермі за вдосконаленою технологією. В інженерній частині проведено модернізацію подрібнювача КПІ-4 та розраховано основні параметри модернізованого вузла, що дозволило збільшити його продуктивність. On the basis of the analysis, the existing systems and methods of keeping animals were determined, and the technological scheme of flow-shop production of milk was developed, and the technology of their keeping was justified accordingly. The complex mechanization of milk production was substantiated and its technological map was developed, as well as the calculation of the necessary equipment for milk production on the farm using improved technology was carried out. In the engineering department, the modernization of the KPI-4 shredder was carried out and the main parameters of the modernized unit were calculated, which allowed to increase its productivity. | uk_UA |
