| dc.description.abstract | Актуальність роботи полягає в необхідності розробки ефективного та економічно обґрунтованого процесу горячого штампування деталі «Шестерня» з урахуванням вимог до точності, жорсткості оснащення і продуктивності. Практична цінність роботи: обрано метод штампування; визначено метод нагрівання заготовок; розраховано об’єм і вага деталі «Шестерня»; визначано: групу металу, групу складності, групу точності, вихідний індекс; призначено: припуски на механічну обробку, допуски на штампування, на зсув, ковальські напуски, штампувальні ухили, радіуси заокруглень і допуски на радіуси; розроблена конструкція штампа для основних робочих деталей штампа на всіх операціях на основі геометричної моделі у середовищі CAD. The relevance of the work lies in the need to develop an effective and economically justified process for hot stamping of the “Gear” part, taking into account the requirements for accuracy, rigidity of the tooling and productivity. Practical value of the work: the stamping method was selected; the method of heating the workpieces was determined; the volume and weight of the “Gear” part were calculated; the following were determined: metal group, complexity group, accuracy group, initial index; the following were assigned: machining allowances, stamping allowances, shear allowances, forging allowances, stamping slopes, rounding radii and radius allowances; the design of the die was developed for the main working parts of the die in all operations based on the geometric model in the CAD environment. | |
