| dc.description.abstract | Винахід належить до фасувально-пакувального обладнання і може бути використана в агропромисловості, будівельній, хімічній та інших галузях господарства, а також на підприємствах, які здійснюють фасування сипких матеріалів. An apparatus for continuous loading bulk materials into valve bags comprises a hopper, a valve, a material duct, a stabilizer, a feeder, loading sections, containing tubes with clamps of valve bags, an area for bags and a tensometricbalance, an automation system, in which the feeder consists of two parts – a movable, which comprises a housing and tubes and is mounted with possibility to make reciprocating rotational movement around a vertical axis of symmetry, coinciding with the axis of symmetry of the material duct, and a fixed one, which includes a housing, in whose bottom holes are made, connected to the vertically mounted tubes, which are rigidly fixed to the housing, and the housing is rigidly mounted on the housing of material duct, the movable part performs reciprocal rotational movement so, that in the extreme positions the outlet ends of the tubes coincide with corresponding holes in the bottom of housing of the fixed part. | uk_UA |
