Abstract
Стаття присвячена актуальними питанням дослідження особливостей формування мотивації персоналу як основи талант-менеджменту в інноваційно-інтегрованих структурах. Розглянуті специфічні риси діяльності інноваційно-інтегрованих структур. Обґрунтовані особливості змісту мотивації персоналу в системі талант-менеджменту інноваційно-інтегрованих структур. Проведено аналіз чинників перешкод розвитку талантів на підприємствах і в організаціях, які є потенційними учасниками інноваційно-інтегрованих структур. Отримало подальший розвиток обґрунтуванняталанту як ключового фактора успішності та ефективності функціонування інноваційно-інтегрованих структур. Запропоновано підходи до формування мотивації персоналу для підвищення ефективності та успіху роботи інноваційно-інтегрованих структур в системі талант-менеджменту. The article discloses a study of topical issues of the peculiarities of the formation of personnel motivation in the talent management system of innovatively integrated structures.
The specific features of the activity of innovatively integrated structures are considered. The need for talent management is actualized and the features of the content of staff motivation in innovatively integrated structures are substantiated. The analysis of factors that impede the development of talent in enterprises and organizations - potential participants in innovatively integrated structures is carried out. The substantiation of talent as a key factor in the success and effectiveness of the functioning of innovatively integrated structures was further developed. It is proved that the correct selection of talented personnel, their identification, formation, effective use, development and support using effective motivation methods are the main competitive advantages of such structures. The approaches to the formation of staff motivation to improve the efficiency and success of the work of innovatively integrated structures in the talent management system are proposed.
