dc.description.abstractВ роботі представлена інформація про технологічні процеси пов’язані з основним безвідвальним обробітком ґрунту. Приведений короткий аналіз поширених технічних засобів для їх реалізації. Приділена увага важливості забезпечення, як надійної так і якості виконання ними технологічного процесу згідно агротехнічних вимог. Для покращення показників роботи чизельного культиватора запропонована його модернізація, яка полягає у переведенні конструкції машини з причіпного у начіпний варіант та розробку механізму регулювання глибини та інших складових, пов’язаних з даною трансформацією. Виконана розробка запропонованих конструкцій вказаних вузлів, відповідні креслення. Наведені необхідні технологічні, енергетичні, розрахунки та розрахунки на міцність, які певною мірою підтверджують працездатність запропонованих змін. The paper presents information on technological processes related to the main landfill-free tillage. A brief analysis of common technical means for their implementation is given. Attention is paid to the importance of ensuring both reliable and quality of their implementation of the technological process in accordance with agrotechnical requirements. To improve the performance of the chisel cultivator, its modernization is proposed, which consists in transferring the design of the machine from the trailed to the trailed version and developing a depth adjustment mechanism and other components related to this transformation. The proposed designs of the specified nodes, the corresponding drawings, have been developed. The necessary technological, energy, calculations and strength calculations are given, which to some extent confirm the efficiency of the proposed changes.
