Abstract
У першому розділі досліджено економічну сутність та зміст поняття
«розрахункові операції», висвітлено особливості їх провадження в бюджетних
установах, наведено порядок організації та методики обліку розрахункових
операцій в бюджетних установах та розкрито особливості здійснення їх
внутрішнього контролю.
В другому розділі розглядаються прикладні аспекти обліку розрахункових
операцій в бюджетних установах та висітлюється порядок проведення
внутрішнього контролю таких операцій на матеріалах ЦДПУ ім. В. Винниченка, а
також висваітлюються організаційні та фінансово-економічні особливості
діяльності досліджуваної установи.
Третій розділ містить рекомендації спрямовані на удосокналення обліку
розрахункових операцій в бюджетних установах та заходи, які дозволять
модернізувати систему внутрішнього контролю розрахункових операцій.
In the first chapter, the economic essence and meaning of the concept of
"settlement operations" are investigated, the peculiarities of their implementation in
budget institutions are highlighted, the order of organization and accounting methods of
settlement operations in budget institutions are given, and the peculiarities of their
internal control are revealed.
In the second section, the applied aspects of the accounting of settlement
transactions in budgetary institutions are considered, and the procedure for conducting
internal control of such transactions based on the materials of the Central State
Educational and Scientific Research Institute named after V. Vinnichenko, as well as
the organizational and financial and economic features of the activity of the institution
under study are investigated.
The third section contains recommendations aimed at improving the accounting
of settlement operations in budget institutions and measures that will allow to
modernize the system of internal control of settlement operations.
