| dc.description.abstract | У першому розділі розкривається економічна сутність поняття «заробітна плата», визначається її законодавче, нормативно-правове та договірне регулювання, висвітлюються теоретичні засади організації і методики обліку заробітної плати в сфері аграрного бізнесу, розкривається порядок оподаткування заробітної плати працівників підприємств сфери аграрного бізнесу в Україні. В другому розділі розглядаються практичні аспекти формування та функціонування системи інформаційного забезпечення обліку і оподаткування заробітної плати в сфері аграрного бізнесу на матеріалах ТОВ «Полтавське», надається характеристика організаційних особливостей діяльності товариства та здійснюється оцінка досягнутих показників економічного розвитку. Третій розділ містить рекомендації спрямовані на удосконалення системи інформаційного забезпечення обліку заробітної плати працівників підприємств сфери аграрного бізнесу та підходи щодо удосконалення оподаткування доходів, отриманих у вигляді заробітної плати з урахуванням світового досвіду. In the first chapter, the economic essence of the concept of "wages" is revealed, its legislative, regulatory and contractual regulation is determined, the theoretical foundations of the organization and methods of accounting for wages in the field of agrarian business are highlighted, the procedure for taxing the wages of employees of enterprises in the field of agrarian business in Ukraine is revealed. In the second section, the practical aspects of the formation and functioning of the system of information support for accounting and taxation of wages in the field of agrarian business are considered based on the materials of LLC "Poltavske", a description of the organizational features of the company's activity is provided, and the achieved indicators of economic development are evaluated. The third section contains recommendations aimed at improving the system of information support for accounting of wages of employees of enterprises in the field of agrarian business and approaches to improving the taxation of income received in the form of wages, taking into account world experience. | uk_UA |
