| dc.description.abstract | Приведені основні результати досліджень з розробки та впровадження в виробництво новітніх технічних засобів та технологій у галузі систем трубопровідного вібропневмотранспорту. Наукова новизна та практична значимість робіт полягає в можливості значно підвищити ефективність технологічних процесів за рахунок використання отриманих результатів. У статті досліджуються характеристики руху сипкого кускового матеріалу на завантажувальній вібраційно розгінній ділянці транспортного трубопроводу вібраційно-пневмотранспортної машини циклічної дії. The purpose of this work is the task of researching the vibration effect on the pneumatic transportation of bulk lumpy material in the loading zone on the vibration-acceleration section of the cyclic-action vibrationpneumatic conveying machine. Acceleration section of pneumo-transportation of bulk lumpy material is the minimum length of the transport pipeline, on which the movement of the material takes a steady state. The vibrationacceleration section, in vibro-pneumotransport devices, takes into account the effect of vibration on the material in the loading zone. The analysis of the processes occurring during loading in the vibration-acceleration section of the VPMC will allow to identify optimal technical solutions for further improvement of the machine design etc. | |
