Abstract
Стаття присвячена розробці практичного підходу до мінімізації ризиків при впровадженні інформаційних систем на підприємствах електронного бізнесу з використанням діаграми Ішикави як інструменту структурованого аналізу. Представлено комплексну методику ідентифікації, систематизації, аналізу та мітигації ризиків впровадження ІС, адаптовану до специфічних особливостей сфери обслуговування. Методика включає поетапний алгоритм оцінювання ризиків за категоріями: технологічні, організаційні, фінансові та людські фактори. На прикладі детального кейс-стаді невеличкого кафе продемонстровано практичне застосування розробленої методики та її значну економічну ефективність з ROI 485 % та терміном окупності 2,05 місяці. The purpose of this study is to develop a practical approach to risk minimization in information systems implementation at electronic business enterprises using structured methods of cause-and-effect analysis, with particular focus on adapting the Ishikawa diagram for IT risk management. Methods. The research employs a comprehensive methodology combining theoretical analysis of existing risk management approaches, systematic classification of implementation risks, adaptation of the Ishikawa diagram for IT-specific risk analysis, case study methodology, and economic efficiency evaluation. These methods enabled the identification of critical risk categories, development of preventive mitigation measures, and practical demonstration of the methodology's effectiveness. Results. The findings reveal a multi-criteria classification of information systems implementation risks in electronic business across three main dimensions: by nature of occurrence (technological and operational risks), by sphere of influence (organizational and financial risks), and by time of manifestation (planning, implementation, and operational phase risks). The study demonstrates that the adapted Ishikawa diagram provides structured analysis of all impact areas, visualization of cause-and-effect relationships, and supports collaborative risk assessment throughout the project lifecycle. A practical case study of a 25-seat café implementing Poster POS system achieved exceptional results: total investment of 84800 UAH, monthly revenue increase of 35000 UAH, cost savings of 8350 UAH monthly, payback period of 2.05 months, and 485 % annual ROI. Scientific novelty. This research provides the first methodologically grounded adaptation of the Ishikawa diagram specifically for information systems risk analysis in electronic business, offering a systematic approach that ensures comprehensive risk identification across technological, organizational, financial, and human resource categories while maintaining visual clarity and collaborative accessibility. Practical significance. The results serve as a methodological foundation for electronic business enterprises in systematic risk identification, assessment, and mitigation during information systems implementation. The developed methodology enables preventive risk management, reduces project failure probability, minimizes additional costs, accelerates payback periods, and maximizes economic efficiency through synergistic effects of integrated solutions, particularly benefiting small and medium enterprises with limited resources and IT project experience.
