| dc.description.abstract | Експериментальними дослідженнями встановлено, що такі важливі параметри процесу як навантаження зерна на сепаруючу поверхню, амплітуда, частота коливань та кут нахилу робочого столу, кінематика його руху та зношування опорних поверхонь значно впливають на ефективність сепарування суміші вівса на лущені та не лущені зерна. Встановлено, що пропускна здатність комірок живильника зменшується по мірі віддалення від завантажувального бункера і розподіл зерна в робочі канали нерівномірні. Вологість зернової сировини та форма вікон живильника впливають на швидкість розподілу зерна по робочим каналам. Ефективність сепарування змінюється в залежності від амплітуди і частоти коливань робочого столу і досягає максимального значення відповідно при 190 мм та 50 – 53 коливання на хвилину. Кут нахилу робочого столу в значній мірі є одним з регулюваних параметрів, який впливає на продуктивність і якість процесу сепарування. Найбільш раціональні для ефективності процесу сепарування робочі параметри кута нахилу, які повинні знаходитися в межах 6,5 – 7,5 °. The goal is to establish the proper structural and technological parameters for the vibration impact machine for the purpose of separating products of oat grain husking. This will increase the production of highquality oat groats. This will increase the production of highquality oat groats. Experimental studies have established that such important process parameters as the grain load on the separating surface, the amplitude, frequency of oscillations and the angle of inclination of the work table, the kinematics of its movement and the wear of the support surfaces significantly affect the efficiency of separating the oat mixture into hulled and unhulled grains. It was established that the throughput of the feeder cells decreases with distance from the loading hopper and the distribution of grain in the working channels is uneven. The moisture content of grain raw materials and the shape of the feeder windows affect the speed of grain distribution along the working channels. The separation efficiency varies depending on the amplitude and frequency of the desktop vibrations and reaches its maximum value, respectively, at 190 mm and 50-53 vibrations per minute. The angle of inclination of the working table is to a large extent one of the adjustable parameters that affects the productivity and quality of the separation process. The working parameters of the tilt angle, which should be in the range of 6.5-7.5 °, are the most rational for the efficiency of the separation process. | uk_UA |
