| dc.description.abstract | Робота спрямована на підвищення якості роботи універсального навантажувача сільськогосподарських матеріалів. Проаналізовано залежність якості роботи навантажувачів від їхніх конструкцій. На підставі проведеного аналізу обґрунтовані напрямки удосконалення конструкції фрези. Проведено теоретичний аналіз впливу конструктивно–технологічних параметрів шнекової фрези на витрати енергії на її привід. Побудовано графічні залежності витрат потужності навантажувача від його продуктивності. В результаті впровадження у виробництво запропонованих змін споживач зможе отримати економію в розмірі більше 88540,5 грн на рік. The work is aimed at improving the quality of operation of a universal loader of agricultural materials. The dependence of the quality of operation of loaders on their designs has been analyzed. Based on the analysis, directions for improving the design of the milling cutter have been substantiated. A theoretical analysis of the influence of the structural and technological parameters of the screw milling cutter on the energy consumption of its drive has been conducted. Graphical dependences of the power consumption of the loader on its productivity have been constructed. As a result of the implementation of the proposed changes in production, the consumer will be able to save more than 88540.5 UAH per year. | |
