Abstract
Наближені циліндричні спіроїдні передачі значно технологічніші, ніж класичні, завдяки
використанню для нарізування спіроїдного колеса зуборізними головками з нахиленими до осі головки
різцями. Заточування різців таких головок має ряд особливостей, які необхідно враховувати при
експлуатації інструменту. The purpose of research is to determine the correlation between the geometry of cutting tools and
precision profile cutters.
Approximate cylindrical spiroid transmissions are more tech than the classics, thanks to the use for
cutting spiroid wheel gear cutting heads with inclined to the axis of the head cutters. Grind these heads has
several features that should be considered when operating the tool.
Conclusions. Boring grooving cutter heads with inclined cutters made only separated from the shell.
Uncertainty of conical producing surface profile cutters up to 25 ... 35 arc minutes, which is 2.5 ... 3 times less
than the current gear cutting heads.
