| dc.description.abstract | Аналіз сучасних технологій вирощування овесу показав, що значне зниження собівартості вирощування можна досягти шляхом покращення якості процесу посіву, зокрема прикочування. Оптимізація цього процесу сприяє забезпеченню рівномірності та дружності сходів, що є важливим фактором для підвищення врожайності. Теоретично обґрунтовано та розраховано геометричні параметри робочої поверхні котка секції робочих органів зернової сівалки та показано вплив на виконання процесу ущільнення конструкції поперечного перерізу профілю котка. Розроблена конструкція котка сівалки Astra 6 New, дає можливість значно покращити процес загортання насіння овесу і збільшити його врожайність. Analysis of modern technologies for growing oats has shown that a significant reduction in the cost of cultivation can be achieved by improving the quality of the sowing process, in particular, rolling. Optimization of this process helps to ensure uniformity and friendliness of seedlings, which is an important factor for increasing yield. The geometric parameters of the working surface of the roller section of the working bodies of a grain seeder are theoretically substantiated and calculated, and the influence of the cross-sectional design of the roller profile on the compaction process is shown. The design of the Astra 6 New seeder roller has been developed, which makes it possible to significantly improve the process of wrapping oat seeds and increase its yield. | |
