| dc.description.abstract | В кваліфікаційній роботі розглядаються актуальні питання формування механізму стимулювання персоналу на підприємстві. Досліджено теоретичні аспекти системи стимулювання праці, зокрема сутність, завдання, принципи та функції, а також розглянуто види стимулів, що застосовуються на підприємствах. В аналітичному розділі здійснено аналіз основної діяльності досліджуваного підприємства та надано оцінку сучасному стану механізму стимулювання персоналу, на основі чого сформовано пропозиції щодо вдосконалення механізму стимулювання персоналу на підприємстві та запропоновано переглянути систему нематеріальних методів заохочення персоналу. Розроблено план впровадження нематеріальних стимулів на підприємстві. The qualification paper examines the topical issues of the formation of the personnel incentive mechanism at the enterprise. The theoretical aspects of the labor incentive system, in particular the essence, tasks, principles and functions, have been studied. Types of incentives used at enterprises are considered. In the analytical section, an analysis of the main activity of the researched enterprise was carried out and an assessment of the current state of the personnel incentive mechanism was provided. On the basis of these studies, proposals were made to improve the mechanism of personnel stimulation at the enterprise. It is also proposed to revise the system of non-material methods of personnel encouragement. A plan for the introduction of non-material incentives at the enterprise has been developed. | |
