| dc.description.abstract | Котки-подрібнювачі мають досить просту конструкцію, але є занадто металомісткими, без чого вони не можуть виконувати технологічний процес. При цьому вони мають негативний вплив – руйнування структури поверхневих шарів ґрунту, але інтенсивність їх порівняно з процесами дискування, які використовуються до даного часу і будуть використовуватися до насичення виробництва спеціальними подрібнювачами, значно менша. Отже, цілком імовірним є ефективне використання котків-подрібнювачів, як мінімум, при подрібненні рослинних решток після збирання соняшнику. Враховуючи те, що під вирощування даної культури в Україні відводяться досить великі площі, то розробка конструкцій вітчизняних котків-подрібнювачів є цілком актуальною. Shredder cats have a fairly simple design, but are too metal-intensive, without which they cannot perform the technological process. At the same time, they have a negative effect - the destruction of the structure of the surface layers of the soil, but their intensity is much lower compared to the disking processes that are used up to now and will be used until the production is saturated with special shredders. Therefore, it is quite probable that the shredder rollers will be used effectively, at least, when grinding plant residues after harvesting sunflowers. Taking into account the fact that quite large areas are devoted to the cultivation of this crop in Ukraine, the development of structures of domestic shredder rollers is quite relevant. | |
