| dc.description.abstract | Робота присвячена покращенню якості очищення зерна. Метою роботи є підвищення ефективності пневмосистеми зерноочисної машини шляхом вдосконалення конструкції осадового пристрою. В результаті модернізації пневмосепаратора запропоновано встановити жалюзійну стіну в ежекційному каналі для ефективного вловлювання пилоподібних часток зернової суміші, а також додаткову пластину в нижній частині осадової камери. Шляхом теоретичного аналізу обґрунтовано режимні характеристики пневмосистеми та отримано залежність для визначення швидкості повітряного потоку в будь якому перерізі сепаратора. В результаті експериментальних досліджень визначено, що внесені зміни в конструкцію сепаратора дозволяють підвищити повноту виділення легких домішок до ε ≥ 73%. The work is devoted to improving the quality of grain cleaning. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of the pneumatic system of the grain cleaning machine by improving the design of the sedimentation device. As a result of the modernization of the pneumatic separator, it was proposed to install a louvered wall in the ejection channel for effective capture of dusty particles of the grain mixture, as well as an additional plate in the lower part of the sedimentation chamber. By means of theoretical analysis, the operating characteristics of the pneumatic system are substantiated and the dependence for determining the air flow velocity in any section of the separator is obtained. As a result of experimental studies, it was determined that the changes made to the design of the separator can increase the completeness of the separation of light impurities up to ε ≥ 73%. | uk_UA |
