| dc.description.abstract | Метою дослідження є визначення ефективних напрямів та стратегій забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства в умовах трансформації сфери логістики. Завданнями роботи є: розглянути сутність та складові конкурентоспроможності підприємства у сучасних умовах; зазначити особливості забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства; визначити міру впливу логістичної сфери на забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства у стратегічному і тактичному вимірах; виявити особливості управління конкурентоспроможністю та логістичними процесами на підприємстві обслуговуючої сфери; окреслити шляхи підвищення конкурентоспроможності підприємства на засадах логістичної концепції. Предметом дослідження є напрями та стратегії забезпечення конкурентоспроможності підприємства в умовах трансформації сфери логістики. The aim of the study is to identify effective directions and strategies for ensuring the competitiveness of an enterprise in the context of the transformation of the logistics sector. The objectives are: to consider the essence and components of enterprise competitiveness in modern conditions; to identify the features of ensuring enterprise competitiveness; to determine the degree of influence of the logistics sector on ensuring enterprise competitiveness in the strategic and tactical dimensions; to identify the features of managing competitiveness and logistics processes at a service enterprise; to outline ways to increase the competitiveness of an enterprise on the basis of the logistics concept. The subject of the study is the directions and strategies for ensuring the competitiveness of the enterprise in the context of the transformation of the logistics sector. | |
