Abstract
Систематизовано й викладено теоретичні засади, нормативно-правове регулювання, сучасні інженерні методики та цифрові інструменти організації будівельного виробництва. Розглянуто суб'єкти будівельної діяльності, проєктування Проєктів організації будівництва (ПОБ) і Проєктів виконання робіт (ПВР), теорію будівельних потоків, сітьове моделювання й оптимізацію календарних графіків із застосуванням 4D-BIM, проєктування будівельних генеральних планів, системи управління якістю, охорону праці та цивільний захист. Окремо висвітлено специфіку організації робіт в особливих умовах повоєнної відбудови України: обстеження та демонтаж пошкоджених споруд, рециклінг бетону, композитне підсилення, зимове і літнє бетонування. The theoretical foundations, regulatory framework, modern engineering methodologies and digital tools for organising construction operations have been systematised and presented. The book examines the entities involved in construction activities, the design of Construction Organisation Plans (COPs) and Works Execution Plans (WEPs), the theory of construction flows, network modelling and the optimisation of schedules using 4D-BIM, the design of construction master plans, quality management systems, health and safety, and civil protection. Separate attention is given to the specific aspects of organising work under the particular conditions of Ukraine’s post-war reconstruction: the survey and demolition of damaged structures, concrete recycling, composite reinforcement, and winter and summer concreting.
