| dc.description.abstract | Механічний компенсатор похибок системи "прес-штамп" для розділового штампування, виконаний з можливістю динамічного підстроювання в напрямку збігання осей прикладання технологічного зусилля від преса та центра тиску штампа, який складається з пристрою для створення протитиску переміщенню пуансона. Пристрій для створення протитиску переміщенню пуансона виконано у вигляді парної кількості жорстких обмежувачів, двох або чотирьох, з вбудованими в них рухомими в напрямку штампування навантажувачами, кожен із яких опирається на пружний елемент, а саме пружину, поліуретановий буфер тощо, причому пристрій встановлено між нижньою та верхньою плитами штампа.
