| dc.description.abstract | Залишається ряд загальних питань та вимог щодо конструкцій посівних машин, які спрямовані на підвищення продуктивності у процесі висіву овочевих культур. Їх необхідно дотримуватися при проектуванні, відповідно: це підвищення показника готовності машини, її міцності і надійності окремих вузлів та машини вцілому; показника надійності виконання технологічного процесу висіву овочевих культур на розрахованих швидкостях за рахунок впевненої і надійної роботи всіх основних вузлів, а також за рахунок правильного використання системи сигналізації про порушення технологічних процесів висіву насіння, елементів автоматичного контролю та забезпечення якісного освітлення при роботі агрегату в нічний час; поліпшення відповідних умов праці та скорочення часу на необхідне обслуговування посівного агрегату; скорочення кількості завантаження бункерів посівним матеріалом за рахунок правильного вибору їх раціонального об'єму та зручності і безпечності завантаження. Тому актуальною задачею при виконані даної магістерської роботи, врахувавши ці питання, є процес висіву овочевих культур з удосконаленням конструкції сівалки СУПО-6. There remain a number of general questions and requirements regarding the designs of sowing machines, which are aimed at increasing productivity in the process of sowing vegetable crops. They must be observed during design, respectively: this is an increase in the readiness of the machine, its strength and reliability of individual nodes and the machine as a whole; indicator of the reliability of the technological process of sowing vegetable crops at the calculated speeds due to the reliable and reliable operation of all main nodes, as well as due to the correct use of the signaling system for violations of technological processes of sowing seeds, automatic control elements and ensuring high-quality lighting during the operation of the unit at night; improvement of relevant working conditions and reduction of time for necessary maintenance of the sowing unit; reducing the number of loading bunkers with seed material due to the correct selection of their rational volume and the convenience and safety of loading. Therefore, the actual task of completing this master's work, taking into account these issues, is the process of sowing vegetable crops with the improvement of the design of the SUPO-6 planter. | uk_UA |
