В першому розділі роботи вибрано обладнання і приведено його технічну характеристику для виробництва виливків в цеху високоміцного чавуну. В другому розділі розроблено процес виготовлення виливка “Ступиця” на формувальній лінії моделі ІЛ225 способом опочної формовки. Розроблена конструкція ливарної форми; вибрано розташування виливка в формі та кількість виливків на одну ливарну форму, розраховано ливниково-живильну систему для заливки розплаву високоміцного чавуну. The qualification work “Development of the process for manufacturing a “Hub” casting from high strength cast iron in a sand-clay mold with a horizontal connector of half molds” consists of two sections. The first section of the work selects equipment and provides its technical characteristics for the production of castings in the high-strength cast iron workshop. In the second section, the process of manufacturing the “Hub” casting on the IL225 model molding line using the ingot molding method is developed. The design of the casting mold is developed; the location of the casting in the mold and the number of castings per one casting mold are selected, and the sprue-feeding system for pouring the high-strength cast iron melt is calculated.
