Melting furnaces IAT 2.5/1.6 with a capacity of 2500 kg were selected for melting the alloy. The process of furnace preparation for melting is described. The process of melting and refining aluminum alloys is described. A high-pressure casting complex of the TST630 model was selected for the production of castings. The structure, principle of operation, and technical characteristics of the complex are described. The process of preparing the casting mold for operation and the technological process of casting are described. A stumping press is used for stumping the sprues and feeders. Cleaning of the sprue residues is performed on grinding machines. The part design and casting specifications were analyzed, the sequence of development of the technological process of casting manufacturing was described, model foundry instructions and casting specifications were developed, a sprue and feeder system was developed and constructed, the process of designing foundry equipment was described, the technological process of casting manufacturing was described, and casting quality control parameters were selected. The process of preparing the mold for operation and the technological process of casting are described. A band saw cutting machine is used to cut off the sprues and feeders. Casting deburring and cleaning of sprue residues are performed on deburring and grinding machines. The article analyzes the design of the part and the technical specifications for the casting, describes the sequence of development of the technological process of casting manufacturing, develops model-foundry instructions and technical specifications for the casting, calculates the parameters of the feeder, develops and designs the sprue-feeder system and checks its effectiveness, describes the process of designing foundry equipment, describes the technological process of casting manufacturing, and selects the parameters of casting quality control.The technological drawings of the part with the development of model-foundry instructions and technical specifications for the casting are developed.
