В першому розділі роботи вибрано обладнання і приведено його технічну характеристику для виробництва виливків в ливарному цеху сірого чавуну. В другому розділі розроблено процес виготовлення виливка “Кронштейн” на формувальній лінії моделі ІЛ225. Вибрано розташування виливка в формі. Прийнята кількість виливків на одну ливарну форму становить 4 шт. Розроблена конструкція ливарної форми. Розраховано ливниково-живильну систему для заливки форми розплавом чавуну. The qualifying work at the first (bachelor’s) level of higher education on the topic «Development of the process of manufacturing a casting “Bracket” in a sand and clay mold» consists of two sections. In the first chapter of the work, equipment is selected and its technical characteristics are given for the production of castings in a gray cast iron foundry. In the second section, the manufacturing process of the “Bracket” casting on the IL225 molding line is developed. The location of the casting in the mold is selected. The accepted number of castings per mold is 4 pieces. The design of the casting mold has been developed. A gating-feed system for filling the mold with molten cast iron has been designed.
