    Методологічні аспекти безпеки інформаційних потоків підприємства

    Запропоновано методичне підґрунтя моделі побудови збалансованої системи інформаційної безпеки підприємства, описано взаємозв'язки між інформаційними потоками, визначено загрози інформаційній безпеці підприємства і оцінено вірогідність реалізації даних загроз. Доведено необхідність удосконалення існуючих методів впровадження інформаційних систем в умовах формування інформаційних потоків підприємства. The methodological basis of the model for the formation of a balanced system of information security at the enterprise was suggested. The relationship among information flows was described and the threats to the information security of the enterprise were defined. The probability of realization of the threats was estimated. The presented model of information security is a set of objective external and internal factors and their impact on the information security at the enterprise including safety of material and information resources. On the whole the methodical approach under consideration allows assessing or overestimating the level of the current state of information security of information flows at the enterprise, to develop recommendations on providing information security of the enterprise and to reduce possible costs of the enterprise by increasing the stability of the system of information flows. The approach also helps to develop the concept and policy of information security of the enterprise and offers protective plans for internal and external information flows which are created at the enterprise and transmitted by different kinds of communication channels protecting information of the enterprise from intentional distortion, unauthorized access, copying or use.

    Концептуальні основи забезпечення життєздатності промислових підприємств

    Стаття присвячена проблемі забезпечення життєздатності промислових підприємств. Розглянуто понятійний апарат та узагальнено основні положення концепцій життєздатності економічних систем, виокремлено складові елементи системи. Запропоновано основні напрями практичного застосування концептуальних основ забезпечення життєздатності промислових підприємств, які викладені у вигляді рекомендацій щодо формування вихідних умов їх функціонування та подальшого розвитку. Впровадження заходів підвищення життєздатності промислових підприємств в процесі їх розвитку рекомендовано здійснювати на основі забезпечення гнучкого управління. The article discloses the issue of viability support of industrial enterprises. The conceptual framework was considered and the main concepts of viability of economic systems were generalised. The constituents of the system of viability support of the enterprise were highlighted. They are resistance to changes, reliability and economic security of the enterprise, adaptation and improvement. The main directions of practical application of conceptual frameworks to ensure viability of industrial enterprises were suggested in the form of recommendations for the formation of initial conditions of their operation and further development. The implementation of these measures will enable taking justified decisions on the choice of strategic development of the enterprises. The implementation of measures to improve the viability of industrial enterprises in their development is recommended to carry out on the basis of flexible management that will further bring positive results that provide guaranteed survival and development of the national industrial enterprises in the conditions of instability and the growing influence of the environment on the internal parameters of their development.

    В дослідженні авторами зазначено, що кардинальні трансформації у світовому політичному та економічному просторі зумовлюють необхідність розроблення нових підходів до забезпечення економічної безпеки держави. Успішність реалізації цих заходів залежить за умови врахування теоретично-змістовного підґрунтя безпеки, що дозволить сформувати загальні уявлення про характер досліджуваної реальності, її найбільш загальні властивості, закони, принципи та способи наукового пізнання. The article stated that the growth of external and internal threats to national economic security requires the development and use of effective mechanisms to neutralize and minimize the adverse action. The article is to study the nature and essential characteristics of the category of «economic security» as a as multilateral phenomenon. According to the author, the category of «security» is the general limit fundamental concept that reflects the most essential connections and relationships or activities exist in reality and knowledge is a basic category of Security Studies, which is a body of knowledge about safety and are multylateralnym that is versatile, versatile, multifaceted concept. Therefore, knowledge of safety distributed in various sectors. It is noted that in the study category of «security», the main task is to identify its nature, is necessary disclosures meaningful sense of the phenomenon, followed by the realization of the essence with regard to the variability of its forms and the possible states opposing it (danger).
