Визначено процеси, в яких приймають участь знання для забезпечення функціонування економіки знань у країні, та встановлено серед них основні: виробництво, нагромадження, використання та поширення знань. Запропоновано до складу цих процесів включити інвестування в людський розвиток, науку та інформаційно-комунікативні технології. The aim of scientific research is the development of conceptual and categorical apparatus of the knowledge economy and systematization of the main approaches to the definition of this category. The main approaches to the definition of «knowledge economy» category were systematized. The processes, in which knowledge take part to provide knowledge-based economy in the country were defined; the main among them are: production, stockpiling, use and dissemination of knowledge. It was proposed to include investing in human capital, science and ICT to the structure of these processes. The relevant factors and the main results of the functioning of knowledge economy in the country were identified. The structure of investment in human capital, which has been used in the development of the category of the knowledge economy, was clarified. The author's definition of the knowledge economy, which is a type of post-industrial economy, consists of the processes of production, storage, use, dissemination of the knowledge and investment in them. It contributes to the human growth in the country and increases its level of competitiveness and innovativeness.Item type:Item, State and Legal Regulation of the Investment Process(КНТУ, 2016) Qoqiauri, L.; Gechbaia, B.; Кокіаурі, Л.; Гечбаія, Б.Complex state investment policy, directed towards creation of advantage investment surrounding in the country, its regions and fields of industrial production, essentially grows inflow of investment resources into theeconomy. Therefore the necessity to optimize the state legal regulation of the investment process is raised on the foreground in this work. It has been substantiated that searching of new state instruments of regulation is necessary in the investment domain. This instrument must form advantage climate for capital investments, which will be adequate to the objects of stimulating savings and cardinal changing of total economical situation. It has been proved that today it is necessary to direct even small savings to the investment domain by protecting marketing principles for solving the most important problems in the sector of private industry. Комплексна державна інвестиційна політика, спрямована на створення переваг в інвестиційному середовищі країни, її регіонів та сферах промислового виробництва, дозволяє суттєво збільшити приток інвестиційних ресурсів в економіку. Відповідно на перший план в роботі піднімаються питання необхідності оптимізації державного правового регулювання інвестиційного процесу. Обґрунтовано необхідність пошуку нових державних інструментів регулювання в інвестиційній сфері. Ці інструменти мають формувати клімат з перевагами для капітальних вкладень, який має бути адекватним процесам стимулювання заощаджень та кардинальним змінам в загальній економічній ситуації. Доведена необхідність спрямування навіть невеликих заощаджень в інвестиційне середовище на основі захисту ринкових принципів для вирішення найбільш важливих проблем в секторі приватної промисловості.
