Обґрунтовано, що самоідентифікація української надії в XXI ст. потребує ретельного вивчення соціокомунікативної культури, міжнаціонального спілкування в Україні з урахуванням метафізичного контексту економіки та необхідності дотримання принципів демократичного патріотизму. The aim of this work is to study the trends and ways of Ukrainian identity in the hope of the XXI century, socio-cultural communication, international communication in Ukraine, taking into account the context of metaphysical economy. Analysis was revealed the need for political changes and national consciousness from the standpoint of development trends of economic modernization and the need to respect the principles of democratic patriotism. It was proved that modernization is an important and promising research problem expanding the boundaries of economy hopes that covers the social context of the national idea and affects the professional review of specific economic problems of today and the socio-cultural dynamics. The results of the study can be used for finishing areas and for economic modernization, for making new changes in the entire building principles of democratic patriotism, further development of economic thought, to strengthen the role of the state and public organizations, to determine the level of civil liability of the government and opposition, improvement of social rules civilized economic activity, particularly in market relations of Ukraine with European partners.Item Methodical approaches to organisation of making administrative decisions by hazardous profession personnel(КНТУ, 2015) Dorenska, А.; Доренська, А. О.In this article the author describes the process of making decisions by hazardous profession representatives, including emergency services personnel. Existing key factors that influence decision-making during emergency situations were defined as follows: degree of risk, operating conditions, time, degree of team support, and personal qualities of a person who makes a decision. Also the author outlined a scheme that grounds decisions considering performance and security indicators and presented a typical diagram of management decision-making during emergency response. Also there are listed some promising directions for improving and automating decision-making, creating modern and efficient simulation models that display personnel behavior under extreme operating conditions. В даній статті автором охарактеризовано процес прийняття управлінських рішень працівниками ризиконебезпечних професій, зокрема, працівниками аварійно-рятувальних служб. Досліджено існуючі фактори впливу на прийняття рішень в надзвичайних ситуаціях (НС), визначено як ключові – ступінь ризику та умови діяльності, час, ступінь підтримки індивіда колективом, особисті якості особи, що приймає рішення. Окреслено схему обґрунтування рішень з урахуванням показників ефективності та безпеки та подано типову схему прийняття управлінського рішення при подолання наслідків НС. Наведено перспективні напрями вдосконалення та автоматизації процесу прийняття рішень, виведення сучасних та ефективних імітаційних моделей поведінки працівників в екстремальних умовах.Item Передумови створення туристського кластеру на Черкащині на основі конкурентних переваг регіону(КНТУ, 2015) Гусарова, М. Узагальнено умови створення перспективних туристичних регіонів України в межах русла річки Дніпро. Виявлено недоліки та перспективи формування сприятливих умов функціонування туристичних кластерів в Україні. Визначено можливі проблеми, пов’язані зі створенням туристського кластеру в межах Черкащини. The objective of the article is to show that Ukraine has all the prerequisites for the establishment, operation, and most of the tourist cluster. However, despite the positive trends in the development of tourist areas of Ukraine, there are significant problems and shortcomings of operation that significantly distinguish the tourist area of Ukraine. The conditions of the tourist clusters creation within the Dnipro river in Ukraine were explored. The disadvantages and properties of creation of favorable conditions for the functioning of tourism clusters in Ukraine were discovered. The possible problems associated with the creation of tourism cluster within Cherkassy region were determined. Therefore, tourism cluster of Cherkassy region is a new opportunities, the additional platform for the development of existing and new business projects, joint exhibitions, promotions, development of strategy of promotion of tourist offers. In addition, small businesses can unite around the common providers and save through scale and scope of procurement of goods. Despite some problems, the creation of a cluster will compete at the regional and international tourism markets.Item Інвестиційні аспекти корпоратизації підприємств космічної галузі України(КНТУ, 2015) Бухун, Ю. З’ясовано основні завдання, особливості та вимоги до процесу корпоратизації підприємств космічної галузі в Україні та її інвестиційні аспекти. Визначено перспективні проекти, в яких українські космічні підприємства приймаю участь, як об’єкти інтегрованих структур. Виділено основні загрози і шляхи економічного розвитку космічній галузі України. The aim of research is to determine the major investment aspects of corporatization space industry of Ukraine in the modern conditions. To achieve this goal required: to defined basic directions of investment orientation process of corporatization entities in this sphere; to find out tasks and requirements for the process of corporatization space industry enterprises in Ukraine; to analyzed the world experience about process of corporatization of astronautics enterprises; to describing the state regulation mechanism of corporatization process in Ukraine space industry enterprises; to determined perspective projects in which the Ukrainian space company participated as objects integrated structures; to allocated main threats and ways of economic development of the space industry of Ukraine. The methodological basis of research is a systematic approach to disclosure of investment business aspects of corporatization space. Scientific methods research is a dialectical method, specific research methods used in the work, including the method of generalization and abstraction, deductive; analysis and synthesis; analogies; statistical and trend methods. Therefore, effective corporatization process space industry depends on the successful combination of effective public policy to promote investment attractiveness of proportional space and attract extra-budgetary funds. It will create favorable conditions for the development of space technologies, to form an internal space services market and increase export potential. The scientific novelty of the research is to identify promising projects for the Ukrainian space enterprises in which they participate as objects integrated structures. А.; Frunza, S.У статті визначено особливості управління інвестиційною діяльністю підприємств сільського господарства та розроблено напрями його удосконалення. Досліджено причини незадовільного фінансового стану та інвестиційного клімату сільського господарства, а також запропоновані заходи удосконалення цього процесу шляхом залучення зовнішніх інвестицій. The aim of the research is to develop evidence-based practical recommendations for improving financial condition and investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises, by defining the key directions of improvement of investment activity of agricultural enterprises in conditions of market change and transformation. The article defines the peculiarities of management of investment activity of agricultural enterprises. The directions of its improvement were developed. The causes of the poor financial condition and the investment climate of agriculture, as well as proposed measures to improve that process by attracting third party investment were investigated. The main directions of improvement of a financial condition and investment provision of productive activity of agricultural enterprises may be proposed: to create effective management decisions aimed at increase of profitability of the investment project; to create necessary conditions for productive employment in the agricultural sector; to establish state regulation of prices.Item Проблеми впровадження та функціонування внутрішнього аудиту на авіаційних підприємствах в Україні(КНТУ, 2015) Остапенко, О. М.; Ostapenko, O.У статті узагальнено існуючу методику організації внутрішнього аудиту на підприємстві та запропоновано її вдосконалення відповідно до галузевих особливостей авіаційного транспорту. Доведено, що аудит впливає на фінансово-господарську діяльність авіаційних підприємств шляхом перевірки інформації, яка використовується при складанні звітності, попереджує виникнення помилок в обліку, сприяє раціональному використання ресурсів, покращує фінансову дисциплінарність матеріально-відповідальних осіб, попереджує та усуває зловживання, покращує фінансовий стан підприємства, прогнозує їхню подальшу діяльність. Today, a very important issue in Ukraine is the issue of the implementation and functioning of the internal audit of the aviation company as a system to ensure its effective functioning through assessment, analysis and control in enterprise management, management personnel, compliance with the established regime or policies of accounting as a result of verification of the financial statements.The paper summarizes the existing methodology of internal audit at the company and asked to improve it in accordance with the features of the air transport industry. In general, the organization of the internal audit department at the aviation enterprises can be recommended to carry out the following basic steps: preparation of a number of issues for which formed the internal audit department in the aviation enterprise; issuing administrative document on creation of the director of internal audit; formation of a system of posts and allocation of responsibilities between the employees of service; Integration of Internal Audit with other units of the management structure of the enterprise; the development of in-house internal audit standards regulating the activities of internal audit services to clearly define the rights and duties of service workers, to avoid confusion in the work, the timing of reporting information to management on the results of checks, forms of documentation and reports. Thus, the analysis revealed that the implementation and functioning of the internal audit, would allow to influence the operations of the aviation companies by checking the information used for reporting, to prevent errors in accounting, enable efficient use of existing resources, improve financial distsiplinarnist financially responsible persons , prevent and eliminate abuse, improve the financial condition of the company, will predict their activities, as a result of avoiding the risks of enterprises, of losses, deterioration of competitiveness in the market. Implementation of the proposed internal audit will enable the company to avoid penalties by regulatory authorities, strengthen labor discipline and control over the use of money and material resources, increase the qualification level of workers of accounting, preparation of reliable financial statements.Item Сервісне обслуговування як умова забезпечення конкурентоспроможністю підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування(КНТУ, 2015) Жовновач, Р. І.; Zhovnovach, R.В статті розглянуто питання розвитку сервісного обслуговування сільськогосподарської техніки як умови забезпечення конкурентоспроможністю підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування. Визначено сутність сервісного обслуговування продукції та перелічені основні види сервісних послуг, які може надати виробник сільськогосподарської техніки. Запропоновано заходи щодо подальшого розвитку сервісного обслуговування сільськогосподарської техніки, які спрямовані на створення додаткових конкурентних переваг вітчизняних підприємств сільськогосподарського машинобудування у довгостроковій перспективі. The article discloses the issue of the development of the system of service maintenance of agricultural machines as the condition for providing competitiveness of enterprises of agricultural machine building. The essence of the service maintenance of the production was defined. The interrelationship between the level of competitiveness of agricultural machine building enterprises and the level of services which can be provided by a producer for the consumers of agricultural machines was situated and the mechanism of their formation and realization have been defined. The activity of a producer concerning satisfaction of consumer needs through service maintenance of agricultural machines during the whole period of their exploitation was described. The necessity was grounded and the measures relating to further development of service maintenance of agricultural machines directed to the creation of additional long-term competitive benefits of the national agricultural machine building enterprises were suggested.Item Використання методу генетичного алгоритму щодо визначення партнера для створення корпоративного інтеграційного об’єднання(КНТУ, 2015) Гуцалюк, О. М.; Gutsalyuk, O.Визначено основні поняття методу генетичного алгоритму, схематично відображено процес роботи генетичного алгоритму, виділено перелік основних хромосом, що характеризують акціонерні товариства та корпоративні інтеграційні об’єднання з точки зору привабливості для інтеграції, розглянуто значення генів для проведення генетичного аналізу, сформовано певний перелік оптимальних генів хромосом, що необхідно мати акціонерному товариству. The most widespread integration processes currently purchased in the merger-takeover of joint stock companies. The aim of the study is the theoretical substantiation and development of recommendations regarding the selection of candidates for corporate integration associations on the basis of the method of genetic algorithm. The main idea of the method of genetic algorithm, shows schematically the process of the genetic algorithm that selected a list of the main chromosomes, characterizing the company and corporate integration Association from the point of view of attractiveness for integration, discusses the importance of genes for genetic analysis generated a list of optimal genes chromosomes that there should be a joint-stock company. The result of GA is the definition of HELL that has the best set of genes in the chromosomes to ensure further development of the KIO and the maximization of the objective function. The result will also be better defined set of genes from all (from the JSC and JSC – potential participants of the KIА) KIА chromosomes. Using the method of genetic algorithms for the selection of joint stock companies-candidates for the corporate formation of integration associations is quite effective, allows the use of objective measures for the selection of candidates for education KIА, a large number of candidates and indicators of their activity and, to a certain extent to reduce the risks to an incorrect choice of the integration path of development when wrongly chosen direction of development of the company.Item Історичний генезис житлово-комунального господарства як галузі з особливим механізмом економічних відносин(КНТУ, 2015) Головченко, О. Узагальнені існуючі на сьогодні наукові підходи щодо відокремлення житлово-комунального господарства від інших галузей національної економіки. Досліджений та критично оцінений широкий спектр термінологічних визначень досліджуваної галузі, на підставі чого надане узагальнююче визначення житлово-комунального господарства як окремої галузі з особливим механізмом економічних відносин. The purpose of this article is to formulate common, unified definition of housing and utilities as an industry with the special mechanism of economic relations on the basis of generalization and analysis of the historical genesis of the industry and different scientific views on its structure and specific characteristics. We have reviewed the historical genesis of the housing and utilities as the separate industry. It was also summarized the existing scientific approaches regarding the separation of housing and utilities from other sectors of the national economics. In addition, it was researched and critically evaluated a wide range of definitions of the studied industry, formulated over the past fifty years. It was proved the inadequacy of scientific approaches for the identification of the sector of housing and utilities as: “city services”, “housing infrastructure”, “communal infrastructure”, “urban landscaping”, etc. Based on this, was presented a rational definition of housing and utilities as a separate industry with the special mechanism of economic relations.Item Апроксимація ідеальної моделі ефективності праці нелінійною багатомірною математичною моделлю(КНТУ, 2015) Петренко, М. С.; Petrenko, М.; Korneeva, Т.Стаття присвячена розробленню методики математичного моделювання ефективності праці, як функції багатьох чинників розвитку підприємства, шляхом апроксимації ідеальної моделі. Використано метод лінеаризації моделі продуктивності праці для визначення рейтингу чинників, вибору найбільш впливових з них і побудови нелінійної математичної моделі для меншої кількості чинників. Наведено приклад побудови моделі ефективності праці на машинобудівному підприємстві. The objective of research is the grounding of possible approximation of the ideal model of labour efficiency at an enterprise by a nonlinear polynomial; the development of the methodology of creating nonlinear multidimensional mathematic model of labour efficiency as a function of factors of enterprise development; graphic interpretation of the mathematic model and its analysis. The methodology of mathematic modelling of labour efficiency as a function of many factors of enterprise development through approximation of the ideal model was developed. The method of linearization of the model of labour efficiency to define the rating of the indicators, to choose most influential of them and to create a nonlinear mathematic model for a fewer number of factors was used. The example of creating a model of labour efficiency at a machine building enterprise was given. The suggested methodology of the approximation of the ideal model of labour efficiency by a real mathematic model allows analysing the influence of the factors of production development on labour efficiency in hyperspace. As a result it makes possible to have priority control over the factors of enterprise development in order to increase labour efficiency.
