Проаналізовано основні проблеми побудови бюджетного процесу на підприємствах України, визначено принципи бюджетного регламенту та побудови системи бюджетного контролю на основі реалізації функцій фінансового контролінгу сучасного машинобудівного підприємства. The basic problems of construction of budgetary process are analysed on the enterprises of Ukraine, certainly principles of budgetary regulation and construction of the budgetary checking system on the basis of realization of functions of financial kontrolling of modern machine-building enterprise.
