    У першому розділі роботи розглянуто важливість розвитку регіональної аграрної науки в Україні та її значення у забезпеченні продовольчої та економічної безпеки держави, а також викладено сутність поняття « науково-інноваційний потенціал». Здійснено порівняльний аналіз існуючих підходів до ефективного управління інноваційним потенціалом наукових установ та його оцінки. В другому розділі подано загальну характеристику наукової установи, проведено поглиблений аналіз її фінансової діяльності, аналіз сильних та слабких сторін, можливостей та загроз за методикою SWOT-аналізу. В третьому розділі запропоновано стратегічні перспективи розвитку регіональної аграрної науки з урахуванням ефективного використання наявного науково-інноваційного потенціалу ІСГС НААН в контексті нових напрямків досліджень та інтеграції аграрної науки, освіти і бізнесу на регіональному рівні. The first section of the work considers the importance of the development of regional agricultural science in Ukraine and its significance in ensuring the food and economic security of the state, and also outlines the essence of the concept of "scientific and innovative potential". A comparative analysis of existing approaches to the effective management of the innovative potential of scientific institutions and its assessment is carried out. The second section presents a general description of the scientific institution, an in-depth analysis of its financial activities, an analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats using the SWOT analysis method. The third section proposes strategic prospects for the development of regional agricultural science, taking into account the effective use of the existing scientific and innovative potential of the ISGS NAAS in the context of new areas of research and integration of agricultural science, education and business at the regional level.

    Економічна оцінка результатів господарської діяльності підприємств регіону в умовах війни (на прикладі Кіровоградської області)

    В першому розділі роботи розглядалися теоретико-методологічні аспекти оцінки результатів господарської діяльності підприємств. Охарактеризовано сутність та задачі оцінки господарської діяльності підприємства, розглянуто сучасні методичні підходи до аналізу фінансової звітності, обґрунтовано підходи до державного регулювання підприємницької діяльності. В другому розділі виконано аналіз зовнішнього макросередовища діяльності підприємств Кіровоградської області. Проведений аналіз результатів господарської діяльності підприємств Кіровоградської області у довоєнний період, а також економічне оцінювання наслідків війни. В третьому розділі визначено ключові економічні проблеми розвитку регіонів України, обґрунтовано пріоритетні кроки для послаблення негативних економічних наслідків на регіони в умовах війни. In the first section of the work, the theoretical and methodological aspects of evaluating the results of economic activity of enterprises were considered. The essence and tasks of evaluating the economic activity of an enterprise are characterized, modern methodical approaches to the analysis of financial statements are considered, and approaches to state regulation of entrepreneurial activity are substantiated. In the second section, an analysis of the external macro-environment of the enterprises of the Kirovohrad region was carried out. An analysis of the results of the economic activity of enterprises of the Kirovohrad region in the pre-war period, as well as an economic assessment of the consequences of the war, was carried out. In the third chapter, the key economic problems of the development of the regions of Ukraine are defined, and the priority steps to mitigate the negative economic consequences for the regions in the conditions of the war are substantiated.
