    Стратегії розвитку інноваційного потенціалу підприємства готельного господарства (на прикладі апарт-готелю ApartUA Кропивницкий)

    У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра досліджено актуальні питання теорії та практики розвитку інноваційного потенціалу підприємства готельного бізнесу. На основі аналітичних праць українських та зарубіжних вчених розкрито сутність, класифікацію та особливості інноваційної діяльності підприємства готельного бізнесу; обґрунтовано специфіку формування інноваційного потенціалу в діяльності підприємства готельного бізнесу. Досліджено сучасні тенденції функціонування готелю “ApartUA Кропивницкий”, а також проаналізовано потенціал інноваційного розвитку на цьому підприємстві. У кваліфікаційній роботі магістра представлено авторські рекомендації щодо перспективного розвитку інноваційного потенціалу готелю “ApartUA”, м. Кропивницький. Основні результати роботи можуть бути використані на практиці в діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. In the Magister’s Qualification Paper, the topical issues of the theory and practice of the development of the innovative potential of the hotel business enterprise were investigated. On the basis of the analytical works of Ukrainian and foreign scientists, the essence, classification and features of the innovative activity of the hotel business enterprise were revealed; the specificity of the formation of innovative potential in the activity of the hotel business enterprise is substantiated. Modern trends in the operation of the «ApartUA Kropyvnytskyi» hotel were studied, as well as the potential of innovative development at this enterprise was analyzed. The Magister’s Qualification Paper presents the author’s recommendations regarding the prospective development of the innovative potential of the «ApartUA» hotel, Kropyvnytskyi. The main results of the work can be used in practice in the activity of the investigated enterprise.
