У другому розділі здійснено аналіз системи планування ТОВ «Кіровоградхліб 2014», оцінку фінансової стійкості та оцінку ефективності системи планування підприємства. У третьому розділі надано пропозиції щодо модернізації системи планування розвитку підприємства та впровадження системи оптимізаційних планових розрахунків освоєння виробництва нової продукції, здійснено оцінку економічної привабливості від реалізації запропонованих заходів. The first chapter deals with the nature of planning and the peculiarities of its implementation, the system of enterprise, system of enterprise development plans and the assessment of their effectiveness, informational and normative base and foreign experience of enterprise development planning are considered. The second chapter presents the analysis of the planning system of LLC "Kirovogradkhlib 2014", the assessment of financial stability and effectiveness of the enterprise's planning system were carried out. The third chapter presents proposals for modernization of the system of enterprise development planning and implementation of the system of optimization planning calculations for the development of production of new products. The assessment of economic attractiveness of the implementation of the proposed measures is carried out.
