Item Формування механізму сталого розвитку аграрного підприємства під час воєнного стану (на прикладі ПП «ШАНС», Кіровоградська обл., Кропивницький р-н., с. Вільне)(ЦНТУ, 2024-12) Піддубний, Віталій Леонідович; Piddubnyi, VitaliyДослідження надає комплексний підхід до вирішення проблем сталого розвитку аграрного підприємства в умовах воєнного стану, забезпечуючи адаптацію, стабільність і перспективний розвиток навіть у кризових умовах. У першому розділі досліджено основні теоретико-методологічні засади сталого розвитку підприємств, зокрема аграрних, як бази для економічного зростання в умовах воєнного стану. Було розкрито сутність концепції сталого розвитку, яка інтегрує три ключові складові: економічну, екологічну та соціальну. Особливу увагу приділено впливу сучасних викликів, обумовлених війною, на сталий розвиток аграрного сектору. Виокремлено основні проблеми, які постають перед аграрними підприємствами в сучасних умовах. Обгрунтовано, що зазначені виклики вимагають від підприємств не лише адаптації бізнес-процесів, але й впровадження інноваційних підходів для досягнення сталого розвитку. Окремо розглянуто можливості управління ризиками як невід’ємної складової забезпечення сталого розвитку аграрних підприємств в умовах високої невизначеності. Запропоновано концептуальну модель управління ризиками, яка включає ідентифікацію, аналіз, пом’якшення ризиків та впровадження інновацій, спрямованих на зміцнення стійкості підприємств. Другий розділ присвячений діагностиці проблем забезпечення сталого розвитку приватного підприємства «Шанс» в умовах воєнного стану. Основними аспектами аналізу стали загальна організаційно-економічна характеристика підприємства, фінансово-економічний аналіз, а також факторно-критеріальне оцінювання організаційно-економічних передумов сталого розвитку. Було проведено факторно-критеріальне оцінювання сталого розвитку, завдяки чому були виявлені основні проблеми та виклики, з якими підприємство стикається. У третьому розділі систематизовані підходи до подолання викликів, спричинених війною, шляхом розробки комплексного механізму забезпечення сталого розвитку. У підрозділі розглянуто ключові аспекти, які визначають адаптацію підприємства до сучасних реалій. Ідентифіковано ключові виклики сталого розвитку, зокрема ризики, пов’язані з інноваційним потенціалом, аграрною специфікою, економічною стійкістю, ресурсною забезпеченістю, кадровим потенціалом та ринковою позицією. Запропоновано заходи для нейтралізації цих викликів, які включають інвестиції в інноваційні технології, впровадження адаптивних рішень до кліматичних змін, оптимізацію ресурсів та підвищення кадрового потенціалу. Розроблено рекомендації щодо участі ПП «Шанс» у грантовій програмі USAID, спрямованій на розширення логістичних можливостей підприємства. Розроблено комплексний механізм, який враховує зовнішні та внутрішні чинники, спрямовані на забезпечення стійкості підприємства до викликів воєнного стану. Запропоновані підходи спрямовані не лише на подолання поточних викликів, але й на закладення основ для довгострокового розвитку, що відповідає принципам економічної безпеки та стійкості. The study provides a comprehensive approach to addressing the issues of sustainable development of an agricultural enterprise during martial law, ensuring adaptation, stability, and forward-looking development even in crisis conditions. In the first chapter, the fundamental theoretical and methodological principles of sustainable development of enterprises, particularly agricultural ones, as a basis for economic growth during martial law, were explored. The essence of the sustainable development concept, which integrates three key components: economic, environmental, and social, was revealed. Special attention was paid to the impact of contemporary challenges caused by the war on the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. Key problems facing agricultural enterprises in current conditions were identified. It was justified that these challenges require not only adaptation of business processes but also the implementation of innovative approaches to achieve sustainable development. The possibilities of risk management as an integral part of ensuring sustainable development of agricultural enterprises in conditions of high uncertainty were considered. A conceptual model of risk management was proposed, which includes identification, analysis, mitigation of risks, and the implementation of innovations aimed at strengthening enterprise resilience. The second chapter is dedicated to diagnosing problems in ensuring the sustainable development of the private enterprise "Chance" during martial law. The main aspects of the analysis were the general organizational and economic characteristics of the enterprise, financialeconomic analysis, and factor-criterion evaluation of organizational-economic preconditions for sustainable development. A factor-criterion evaluation of sustainable development was conducted, identifying the main problems and challenges faced by the enterprise. In the third chapter, approaches to overcoming challenges caused by the war through the development of a comprehensive mechanism for ensuring sustainable development were systematized. The subsection examined key aspects defining the enterprise's adaptation to current realities. Key challenges to sustainable development were identified, including risks associated with innovation potential, agricultural specificity, economic resilience, resource provision, human resource potential, and market position. Measures to neutralize these challenges were proposed, including investments in innovative technologies, implementation of adaptive solutions to climate changes, resource optimization, and enhancement of human resource potential. Recommendations were developed for the participation of PE "Chance" in a USAID grant program aimed at expanding the enterprise's logistical capabilities. A comprehensive mechanism that considers external and internal factors aimed at ensuring the enterprise's resilience to the challenges of martial law was developed. The proposed approaches are aimed not only at overcoming current challenges but also at laying the foundation for long-term development that meets the principles of economic security and sustainability.Item Удосконалення механізму економічної безпеки підприємства (на прикладі ТОВ «Торговельний дім «Гідросила» м. У другому розділі висвітлено господарсько – правові засади підприємства, його характеристику, проведено аналіз фінансово – економічного стану, а також проаналізовано узагальнюючі та диференційовані показники ефективності діяльності досліджуваного підприємства. У третьому розділі визначено напрями формування системи забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. Запропоновано алгоритм управління ризиками як складової системи забезпечення економічної безпеки з метою ефективного функціонування підприємства. Удосконалено механізм економічної безпеки підприємства. The first chapter summarizes the theoretical foundations of the economic security system as a condition for the effective functioning of the enterprise. In the second section, the economic and legal foundations of the enterprise, its characteristics, an analysis of the financial and economic condition, and general and differentiated performance indicators of the enterprise under study are analyzed. In the third section, directions for the formation of the system for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise are defined. A risk management algorithm is proposed as a component of the system of ensuring economic security for the purpose of effective functioning of the enterprise. The mechanism of economic security of the enterprise has been improved.Item Економічна безпека торговельного бізнесу та її регулювання (на прикладі ТОВ «Універсал-Плюс», м. Проаналізовано сутність категорії «економічна безпека», запропоновано її трактування, що розширює можливості комплексного урахування аспектів економічної безпеки торговельного бізнесу. Розкрито специфіку економічної безпеки у сфері торговельного бізнесу. Удосконалено систематизацію загроз у функціонуванні торговельного бізнесу, пов’язаних з впливом зовнішнього середовища, фінансовою діяльністю, управлінням кадрами, взаємодією зі споживачами, партнерами, внутрішніми бізнес-процесами, інноваційним розвитком. Визначено та проаналізовано науково-методичні підходи до оцінки та регулювання рівня економічної безпеки торговельного підприємства. У другому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз економічної безпеки торговельного бізнесу на прикладі підприємства ТОВ «Універсал-Плюс Гурман». Надано загальну характеристику торговельного підприємства та результатів його економічної діяльності. Здійснено аналіз фінансово-господарської діяльності, проаналізовано зовнішні та внутрішні чинники впливу на економічну безпеку підприємства в умовах воєнного стану. Виконано системний аналіз індикаторів економічної безпеки підприємства та оцінку дієвості заходів щодо її регулювання. У третьому розділі розроблено науково-практичні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення регулювання економічної безпеки торговельного бізнесу. Розроблено пропозиції щодо вибору та розробки стратегії досягнення безпечності функціонування торговельного бізнесу в умовах воєнного стану, які передбачають інструменти ідентифікації можливостей та обмежень господарювання. Запропоновано концептуальний підхід до формування регуляторного механізму економічної безпеки торговельного підприємства. Рекомендовано створення системи моніторингу економічної безпеки на підприємстві з метою завчасного попередження небезпеки. Запропоновано запровадження інструментів та засобів регулювання економічної безпеки підприємства, серед яких – оптимізація структури капіталу, діджиталізація торгівельних процесів, втілення контролінгу, аутсорсингу та ін. The first chapter of the work examines the theoretical foundations of economic security, its assessment and regulation in the trade business sphere. The essence of the category "economic security" has been analyzed, the proposed interpretation expands the possibilities of comprehensive consideration of aspects of economic security of trade business. The specifics of economic security in the trade business sphere has been disclosed. The systematization of threats in the functioning of trade business related to the impact of the external environment, financial activities, personnel management, interaction with consumers, partners, internal business processes, and innovative development has been improved. Scientific and methodical approaches to assessment and regulation of the level of economic safety of a trading enterprise have been defined and analyzed. The analysis of the economic security of trade business on the example of Universal Plus Gurman LLC has been carried out in the second section of the work. A general description of the trading enterprise and the results of its economic activity have been given. The analysis of financial and economic activity has been carried out, the external and internal factors affecting the economic security of the enterprise in the conditions of martial law were analyzed. The systematic analysis of indicators of economic security of the enterprise and an assessment of the effectiveness of measures for its regulation have been performed. Third section of the work reveals the scientific and practical recommendations on improving the regulation of economic security of trade business. The suggestions have been developed regarding the selection and development of a strategy for achieving the security of trading business operations in the conditions of martial law, which include tools for identifying business opportunities and limitations. The conceptual approach to the formation of a regulatory mechanism of economic security of a trading enterprise has been proposed. It is recommended to create a system for monitoring economic security at the enterprise with the aim of early warning of danger. It is proposed to introduce tools and means of regulating the economic security of the enterprise, including optimization of the capital structure, digitalization of trading processes, controlling, outsourcing, etc.Item Управління економічною безпекою підприємства в умовах пандемії (на прикладі ТДВ «М’ясокомбінат «Ятрань» м. Завданнями роботи є уточнення понятійного апарату, зокрема сутність категорії «економічна безпека підприємства», чинники впливу, основи управління; розглянути пандемію Covid-19 як один із чинників впливу на економічну безпеку підприємства, визначити її загрозливі наслідки для економіки України та суб’єктів підприємницької діяльності; визначити зміну підходів до управління економічною безпекою підприємств в умовах пандемії; розглянути загальну характеристику економічної діяльності ТДВ «М’ясокомбінат «Ятрань», його структуру та організацію безпеки; дослідити стан економічної безпеки ТДВ «М’ясокомбінат «Ятрань» з позицій фінансово-економічного підходу; здійснити оцінку впливу екзогенних та ендогенних чинників на функціональні складові економічної безпеки підприємства; визначити основні напрями управління економічною безпекою підприємства з урахуванням чинника пандемії; запропонувати трансформований механізм управління системою економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах довготривалої пандемії; розробити схему впровадження превентивних заходів як умови забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах пандемії. У першому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи досліджені теоретичні основи управління економічною безпекою підприємства з урахуванням чинника пандемії. У другому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи був здійснений аналіз управління економічною безпекою підприємства в умовах пандемії (на прикладі ТДВ «М’ясокомбінат «Ятрань», зокрема проведена загальна характеристика економічної діяльності підприємств та його організаційної структури, визначений стан економічної безпеки підприємства з позицій фінансово-економічного підходу та здійснена оцінка впливу екзогенних та ендогенних чинників на функціональні складові економічної безпеки підприємства. У третьому розділі кваліфікаційної роботи були запропоновані теоретико-методичні засади вдосконалення управління економічною безпекою підприємства в умовах пандемії. Зокрема автором розроблені основні напрями управління економічною безпекою підприємства з урахуванням чинника пандемії, напрями трансформації механізму управління системою економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах довготривалої пандемії та алгоритм впровадження превентивних заходів як умова забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства в умовах пандемії. Одержані результати можуть бути використані при формуванні системи управління економічною безпекою підприємницької діяльності в умовах пандемії. The purpose of master's thesis is to develop theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for managing the economic security of business in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. The tasks of master's thesis are to clarify the conceptual apparatus, including the essence of the category "economic security of the enterprise", factors of influence, foundations of management; consider the Covid-19 pandemic as one of the factors influencing the economic security of the enterprise, determine its threatening consequences for the Ukrainian economy and business entities; identify changes in approaches to managing the economic security of enterprises in a pandemic; to consider the general characteristics of the economic activity of ALC "Meat-processing plant "Yatran", its structure and organization of safety; to investigate the state of economic security of ALC "Meat-processing plant "Yatran" from the standpoint of a financial and economic approach; to assess the impact of exogenous and endogenous factors on the functional components of the economic security of the enterprise; determine the main directions of managing the economic security of the enterprise, taking into account the pandemic factor; to propose the transformed mechanism for managing the economic security system of the enterprise in a long-term pandemic; to develop the scheme for the implementation of preventive measures as a condition for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise in a pandemic. The first chapter of the master's thesis explores the theoretical foundations of managing the economic security of the enterprise, taking into account the factor of a pandemic. In the second chapter of the master's thesis study, an analysis of the management of the economic security of the enterprise in a pandemic was carried out (using the example of ALC "Meat Processing Plant "Yatran", in particular, a general characteristic of the economic activity of the enterprise and its organizational structure was carried out, the state of economic security of the enterprise was determined from the standpoint of a financial and economic approach and the assessment of the influence of exogenous and endogenous factors on the functional components of the economic security of the enterprise was carried out. In the third chapter of the master's thesis study the theoretical and methodological foundations for improving the management of the economic security of the enterprise in a pandemic were proposed. In particular, the author developed the main directions for managing the economic security of the enterprise taking into account the pandemic factor, directions for transforming the mechanism for managing the economic security system of the enterprise in a long-term pandemic and an algorithm for the implementation of preventive measures as a condition for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise in a pandemic. The results can be used in the formation of the system for managing the economic security of entrepreneurial activity in a pandemic.
