Item Забезпечення ефективної діяльності аграрного підприємства в умовах воєнного стану» (на прикладі підприємства ТОВ «СЛАВІЯ-АГРО», м. Зазначена класифікація аграрних підприємств, специфіка їх діяльності. Надана характеристика впливу воєнного стану на їх діяльність. Визначені ключові виклики и загрози. Описаний вплив державного регулювання на їх розвиток, використовуючи певні програми для їх підтримки. У другому розділі роботи здійснено аналіз та оцінка особливості стратегічного управління на ефективну діяльність та забезпечення фінансово-економічного результату підприємства аграрного бізнесу (на прикладі ТОВ «СЛАВІЯ-АГРО»). Надано загальну характеристику підприємства та показників його економічної діяльності. Здійснено аналіз стратегічного управління в умовах воєнного стану. Виконано оцінку формування та використання капіталу та показників його ефективності. У третьому розділі розроблено рекомендації для підвищення ефективності діяльності аграрного підприємства для подальшої його стабільності. Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями для забезпечення ефективних бізнес-процесів в напрямку рослинництва. Розроблено пропозиції щодо ефективного впровадження ощадливого виробництва. Сформовано науково-практичні рекомендації щодо забезпечення ефективного бізнес-процесу «Виробництво соняшника», та механізм модернізації фермерського господарства для раціонального та ефективного використання ресурсів. The first section of the article examines the theoretical foundations of ensuring efficient operation of agricultural enterprises under martial law. The classification of agrarian enterprises and the specifics of their activities are specified. The impact of martial law on their activities is characterized. The key challenges and threats are identified. The impact of déjà vu regulation on their development is described, using certain programs to support them. The second section of the paper analyzes and evaluates the peculiarities of strategic management on the effective operation and ensuring the financial and economic result of an agricultural business enterprise (on the example of LLC “SLAVIA-AGRO”). A general description of the enterprise and indicators of its economic activity is provided. The analysis of strategic management in the conditions of martial law is carried out. An assessment of the formation and survival of the capital and indicators of its effectiveness is made. In the third section, recommendations are developed to improve the efficiency of the agricultural enterprise for its further stability. The strategic directions for ensuring effective business processes in the field of crop production are substantiated. Proposals for the effective implementation of lean production have been developed. Scientific and practical recommendations for ensuring an effective business process “Sunflower production” and a mechanism for modernizing the farm for the rational and efficient use of resources have been formed.Item Управління інноваційним розвитком в умовах цифровізації (на прикладі ТОВ «Піца 32 см», м. Досліджено особливості управління інноваціями в умовах цифровізації, а також теоретичні підходи до оцінки ефективності інноваційного розвитку підприємств. Другий розділ присвячено загальній характеристиці діяльності ТОВ «Піца 32 см», проаналізовано інноваційні технології та цифрові рішення, впроваджені на підприємстві, а також проведено оцінку ефективності управління інноваціями. Третій розділ містить пропозиції щодо вдосконалення управління інноваційним розвитком підприємства, зокрема, щодо впровадження сучасних цифрових технологій для підвищення ефективності діяльності та рекомендації для удосконалення системи управління інноваціями. The first section of the work examines the concept of digital innovations and their impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. The features of innovation management in the context of digitalization are studied, as well as theoretical approaches to assessing the effectiveness of innovative development of enterprises. The second section is devoted to the general characteristics of the activities of LLC "Pizza 32 cm", analyzes innovative technologies and digital solutions implemented at the enterprise, and also assesses the effectiveness of innovation management. Систематизовано еволюцію наукової думки щодо визначення категорії «фінансово-економічна стабільність підприємства», запропоновано її авторське трактування. Розкрито специфіку механізмів управління фінансово-економічною стабільністю у сфері аграрного бізнесу, класифіковано такі механізми. Проаналізовано науково-методичні підходи до оцінки та регулювання рівня фінансово-економічної стабільності підприємства. У другому розділі роботи здійснено оцінку ефективності управління фінансово-економічною стабільністю підприємства аграрного бізнесу (на прикладі ТОВ «Олександрійський цукровий завод»). Надано загальну характеристику підприємства та показників його економічної діяльності. Здійснено аналіз фінансових результатів та рентабельності підприємства в умовах воєнного стану. Виконано оцінку показників платоспроможності та фінансової стійкості підприємства та дієвості заходів щодо їх стабілізації. У третьому розділі розроблено напрями забезпечення фінансово-економічної стабільності аграрного підприємства. Обґрунтовано стратегічні напрями забезпечення фінансово-економічної стабільності підприємства в контексті реалій та перспектив розвитку цукрової галузі. Розроблено пропозиції щодо сканування загроз як складової управління фінансово-економічною стабільністю аграрного підприємства. Сформовано науково-практичні рекомендації щодо забезпечення ефективного управління фінансово-економічною стабільністю підприємства на основі цифрових технологій. The first section of the work explores the theoretical foundations of the financial and economic stability of an enterprise, its assessment methods, and approaches to ensuring it within the agricultural business sector. The evolution of scientific thought regarding the concept of “financial and economic stability of an enterprise” is systematized, and the author’s interpretation is proposed. The specific mechanisms for managing financial and economic stability in the agricultural business sector are revealed and classified. Scientific and methodological approaches to assessing and regulating the financial and economic stability of an enterprise are analyzed. The second section evaluates the effectiveness of financial and economic stability management in an agricultural enterprise (using the example of LLC “Oleksandriia Sugar Plant”). A general overview of the enterprise and its economic performance indicators is provided. The financial results and profitability of the enterprise under wartime conditions are analyzed. Indicators of solvency and financial stability, as well as the effectiveness of stabilization measures, are evaluated.The third section proposes strategies for ensuring the financial and economic stability of an agricultural enterprise. Strategic directions for ensuring financial and economic stability are substantiated in the context of current realities and future prospects of the sugar industry. Proposals for implementing threat scanning as part of managing financial and economic stability in an agricultural enterprise are developed. Finally, scientific and practical recommendations for effective management of financial and economic stability based on digital technologies are formulated.Item Оптимізація бізнес-процесів у торговельній компанії: аналіз і шляхи вдосконалення (на прикладі ІП «І-АР-СІ», м. У першому розділі розглянуто теоретичні основи, включаючи поняття, класифікацію та методи оптимізації бізнес-процесів. У другому розділі проведено практичний аналіз бізнес-процесів на прикладі ІП "І-АР-СІ", м. Київ, зокрема організаційної структури, ефективності управління основними та допоміжними процесами, а також аспекти інформаційної безпеки. У третьому розділі запропоновано напрями вдосконалення бізнес-процесів, з акцентом на використанні цифрових технологій, таких як автоматизація логістики, електронний документообіг та інноваційні системи управління. Робота акцентує увагу на практичному застосуванні отриманих результатів для забезпечення конкурентоспроможності та стратегічного розвитку торговельних компаній. The qualifying work is dedicated to a comprehensive study of optimizing business processes in trading companies, considering contemporary challenges and technological trends. The first chapter examines the theoretical foundations, including the concepts, classification, and methods of optimizing business processes. The second chapter presents a practical analysis of business processes using the example of IP "ERC" Kyiv, focusing on the organizational structure, the efficiency of managing core and auxiliary processes, and aspects of information security. The third chapter proposes directions for improving business processes, emphasizing the use of digital technologies such as logistics automation, electronic document management, and innovative management systems. The project highlights the practical application of the obtained results to ensure the competitiveness and strategic development of trading companies.
