У статті розглянуто проблеми адаптації працівників до конкурентних відносин на ринку праці,
зокрема питання їх сприйнятливості до нововведень, наведено результати соціологічних спостережень
на промислових підприємствах, обґрунтовано умови підвищення рівня сприйнятливості нововведень. In clause problems of adaptation of workers to competitive conditions on a labour market, including
questions of their susceptibility to innovations are considered, results of sociological supervision at the industrial
enterprises are resulted, conditions of increase of a level of a susceptibility of innovations are proved.
